5 Bedroom Ocean Front Penthouse - Gold Standard Approved

The hosts Brittany and Mike were very helpful with tours and communicated very well with updates. Our VRBO was just as described.There is some construction on the other side of condos but it was not a problem. The ocean view was great. Note: during this time of the year the est side of San Pedro was dealing with sargassum on the beach and few the first 30 yds. out. I would d defiantly stay at the condo again. I would just come fall or spring.

We were a group of 5 couples in the 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath north ocean front penthouse.The accommodations were just what we were looking for. Spacious, clean, beautiful view, and out of the more crowded area on the south side of the bridge, but close to morning coffee & donuts and a marketWe really didn't utilize the kitchen except for the fridge and coffee maker.Our hosts, Brittany, Mike, Kimberly and Chad were extremely helpful during the entire reservation process and our stay, making sure we were taken care of. They made sure to have all of our itinerary so all we had to do was enjoy our time together.Our host made flight reservations from Belize City to San Pedro, made our golf cart reservations, pre-stocked the refrigerator per our requests, kept us stocked with 5 gallon fresh water jugs, checked in with us to ensure we were happy.Thank you to the entire Vrbo group at The Landings at Tres Cocos!

Brittany and Mike were fantastic, super responsive before and during the trip! Very helpful with flights, booked, picked us up & brought us back from the airport and there to meet us even when we got an earlier flight. They also set up snorkeling and fishing tours that were great - picked us up right from our dock. Highly recommend.

The hosts were amazing and made everything flawless. Britney was very helpful with setting up the puddle jumper, an excursion, golf carts and giving us information about local activities such as the boat parade. The place was also more amazing then the pictures showed with so much space and very well maintained and had everything you needed. We are telling all our friends and hope we can go back and stay with them again soon.

Brittany and Mike were the best hosts. Picking us up from the airport, scheduling all of our excursions and always available when we needed anything. The unit is beautiful and has plenty of room for everyone. Very well stocked. The pools are a big bonus.

The accommodations were great, location great and the hosts Brittany and Mike were fabulous. The communication was great and they were always available if we needed them. Condo had everything! It was a great experience! Our family had a blast!!

The two story condo/villa was even better than the pictures showed. From the initial booking to the departure Brittany and Mike provided a 5 star experience. Their communication was extraordinary. They booked our flights to the island, reserved golf carts for us, met us at the airport, took our luggage to the condo, got us to the cart rental, explained everything about the condo and the area and responded within minutes of any questions or issues. The condo was even larger than we expected. Each of the five bedrooms were en suite with a king bed. There were several living areas and several patios overlooking the water. The location was perfect. Close enough to town, but far enough away for relaxing. We have stayed other places in Ambergris Caye, but will definitely be coming back here.

They scheduled all of are local excursions. They absolutely made the trip problem free. I will be back.

We had the most wonderful trip! A huge portion of that was due to Brittany, the property manager! The house was wonderful, the views were stunning, and all of the accommodations in the VRBO were perfect! The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable, there are plenty of towels, beach towels, and other nice amenities. We enjoyed the pool on property as well! I can’t say enough about Brittany! We booked three excursions through her all of which were incredible! They made our check in and check out so smooth. They created us at the airport, had the rental golf cart ready, drove us back to the property and showed us all around. Just incredible! We really didn’t have to do anything but enjoy our trip. Seriously! This is the best experience that we have ever had at any VRBO in the past. Brittany and her team get a 5 star rating and then some if I could!

Everything about this place was perfect for our friends trip. Excellent location, plenty to do, and the hosts were so helpful. Would highly recommend!
