PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Due to ongoing building construction, the balcony may be temporarily closed and unusable during your stay. It will be boarded approximately 4–5 feet high, meaning you’ll still be able to see out through the upper portion of the door and enjoy the view, but access to the balcony itself may not be permitted. The building pool is now open and available for guest use; however, the gym and other association amenities may still be out of order. If parking atthe building is full, overflow parking is available for guests at 440 through The Edge Hotel. Please note that construction may result in occasional noise and visual disruptions. All guests will be required to sign an acknowledgment confirming awareness of these conditions prior to arrival. Thank you for your understanding as the building completes these improvements 'updated 2/8/2025'


This condo is in the South building of the 440 West Condos on the third floor.

Retire to your balcony to enjoy the city's brilliantly lit views, watch the colorful sunset, feel the quiet hum of city life or soak up beautiful sun-rays, letting the saltwater breeze cool down your afternoons.

Spend your days people watching, event-going, shopping, jet-skiing, boat-renting, beach-combing/shell collecting, or even lounging poolside or on the famously soft, white sands of Clearwater Beach.
If you should opt to stay on-site for the day at the 440, you'll find a variety of services to utilize. From the Gulf front pool, lounging area and shuffle board to the newly renovated lounge lobby offering WiFi, sauna, gym or pool table, there will always be something to catch your attention and perfect your stay.

308 offers unique furnishings like a table with an extensive shell display in the living room, classy and tropical dining table set, homey art accents and flat-screen TV in the living room and both bedrooms. White leather couches in the living room bring a calm yet new feeling to the condo, and the bold accent pillows will bring a smooth splash of color to any vacation.


HOUSE RULES and Special requirements:

You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants.
During January, February and march it is a 2 Month minimum Booking. 'No Broken Months allowed'
14 Days advance booking normally required for Association approval
Lease application to be completed along with payment of the $100.00 application fee after booking has been approved.
No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit
No Pets 'Strictly enforced by the Condo Association'
No Parties.
No cooking food that creates an unpleasant living environment for other tenants.
No Trailers.

    The condo was very comfortable and the view was awesome!! Clearwater Beach is the best Beach!! The pool area is just gorgeous and 440 West Condos are such a nice place to spend a month in Clearwater Beach!

    The property is great. However it is showing signs of age and use. The housekeeping also needs help. We left the place a lot cleaner than when we arrived. Location is super.

    My overall experience during my stay was generally favorable. However my issue with the unit was that the carpet coming out of the second bedroom needed tacked as there was a sharp object that protruded out of the carpet. More fundamentally, the carpet needs replacing.

    The location couldn't had been very it was esactly as described, master bedroom is oversized very comfortable. 2nd bedroom as well. Amenities are fantastic, while I was there they had a band playing, we had a ball. Apartment was clean and well maintained, I feel the couches need to be replaced there are well worn. Had some inconvinience with security personnel, but it was taken care off. I had a little bit of a problem with noise from the construcction next door. We couldn't enjoy the balcony or sleep late. I will definitely reccommend this property to family and friends. The children enjoy indoor surfing at the Surf shop, Frenchys, Crabby;s, Crabby Bill, Columbia, and Conehead where all favorites. Quoting my grandson The view is priceless
