I loved this cozy home. Only thing that doesn’t come with a golf cart it’s really needed for this home.but other than it’s a really nice cozy home it has games and kitchen fully stocked.
The heater doesn't work, so we were a bit cold. The toilets were loose and rocked when you sat on them. Neighbors were a bit noisy. Could see ocean from the deck and bedroom and was close to town.
This property was great! Was pleasantly surprised at how roomy it was. Great location - close to the downtown. We absolutely loved it!
Wonderful condo close to everything and a great size for 4 people. Checkin was a breeze and we had a lovely time.
Good property; a little more dated but it worked great for us ; it is on a steeper hill of the island so prepare to walk - views from the balcony and master bedroom beautiful. The second bedroom is a little more awkward because of the twin trundle beds and the queen bed sharing space. It would be great if they figured out a better way to store the twin beds when there is a smaller group using the house. We didn’t use the kitchen. perk: the fridge has an ice and water dispenser.
Nice property - would have paid more for the use of the golf cart!
There was evidence of a previous leak on the ceiling of one bedroom, above the queen size bed. The day after we checked in, it became obvious that the upstairs toilet was leaking. There was a new growing stain on the ceiling. Notified property management about 6PM. The next morning the management company thanked us for reporting it but no repair was initiated during our stay. Couple in that bedroom was understandably uncomfortable. What exactly was leaking? We stopped using the upstairs toilet and physically moved the bed from under the leak. This had obviously been a prior problem that had not been properly repaired. We were uncomfortable and inconvenienced. Other than this BIG problem, it was a nice place in a good location easy check in and check out.
My family and I stayed here last week and loved every minute of our stay. So much so that we decided to stay an extra night. We will definitely be staying here again. Beautiful harbor view, great balcony, and the layout of the house worked perfect for us. Even with 2 toddlers! The previous reviews are correct. The house needs some sharp knives for cooking. Other than that, this place is perfect.
It was great , hope to visit again...
A whole chunk ceiling fell onto the bed in the middle of the night, hitting people in the head. The property management company did nothing to accommodate and was unresponsive to communication.
Great view and location. It had everything we needed and a washer/dryer which I didn’t know it came with. Plenty of space for a family. It could use some updating in the kitchen and bathrooms. We would definitely rent again.
The location is ideal, the surrounding environment is not noisy, the room is very warm, very suitable for family or friends
The property itself was very good, overall, and worked well for us. The sleep sofa was not very comfortable, but that seems to be typical with those. We discovered that what looked like a small, single, extra bed in one of the bedrooms was actually a trundle bed, so we were able to used those instead of the couch for two people. Communication with the rental agency was confusing, though. For example, we were given contradictory instructions regarding the check-in process. One email said we should go to their office to check in but another said we would be texted the lock box code and we could go straight to the property. One email said there was a $35 late check-in fee if we arrived after 5pm but another message said arrival after hours was available and there would not be a charge for that. And each of those messages gave a different phone number to call if we were going to arrive after 5. I sent an email—with copies of the contradictory instructions copied and pasted into my email—asking for clarification, but did not receive an answer. What really alarmed me, though, was their request to email them copies of my credit card and ID; that would NOT be safe! I was able to check in, in person, before 5, and they made copies of my credit card and ID, but I wondered if I would have been out of luck if our arrival was delayed and I refused to send them my credit card by email? I’m chalking the glitches up to the confusing times we are in with Covid, but asking someone to email their credit card (with all the numbers showing) and ID is essentially asking someone to set themselves up for identity theft.
