We had the best time here! The weather was the best the day we left but it didn't matter at all. We loved the location of this place (right by Bay Village) and 20 steps from the beach. This place was very clean and the decorations were so beachy and beautiful. We played games and even cooked a few meals here. This place is very well priced and has so much to offer!

The location is perfect, only a couple of steps away from the ocean in a quiet place. The property is clean and well equipped, we did not miss anything. The communication with the owners is great and prompt. I will definitely return again.

The location of the property was great. Very close to the beach and quiet. The property itself needs some TLC.

The place was perfect size for my husband and me. My son and his girlfriend stayed Saturday night and we had plenty of room. I loved being able to hear the ocean from the unit and the short walk to the beach.

My friend had a wonderful vacay in LBI and this property contributed to it. Just as the description said, steps from the ocean, our shore experience was easy and enjoyable. We're two seniors, so it's important to be close to the bathroom when one is on the beach. Everything was perfect! Cozy and comfortable. We'll be back!

Just a few steps from the beach, which made our stay super convenient. Also a close drive to Fantasy Island amusement park and restaurants too. The house was just as listed and it had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again. Thank you Ken and Meigan for hosting us!

Location is 10/10. Fantastic part of the island - close to everything, but far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle and the noise of the restaurants. The apartment amenities were lacking however - very dull knives, fridge temperature could not be adjusted so unfortunately some of our food needed to get thrown out before we could eat it because it froze, no hand soap in the bathroom, and having to vacuum and clean the rental before you check out is unacceptable given there is a hefty cleaning fee.

Location was perfect. Everything was clean. The only observation was that the bed frame was too big for the room. Hard to get in, out and around. The window was completely blocked by the headboard. So no ocean breeze. Disappointing.

We had a great time at Ken and Meigan’s property! It was perfect size for our family of 4 and you cannot beat the location. I enjoyed hearing the waves while enjoying morning coffee on the deck.

Came to Beach Haven (LBI) to celebrate my daughters 16th birthday. What a great time we had! The unit was perfect for our party of 4. Getting to the beach was too easy- steps away! We even saw a couple of dolphins! It seemed we arrived a week before the season, but we were still able to enjoy a lot the island had to offer. In fact, we decided it was the perfect time to be there- before the busy crowds! Mini golf was fun, there's an ice cream shop an easy walk away. Would definitely come back!

We loved that the condo was steps from the beach. Minutes to town but not in the hustle and bustle of the summer crowds. Cute place! Look forward to coming back.

First floor, 2 bedroom, 1 Bath, and one house from the beach. Under 2 miles to Bay Village. Very clean, updated Unit with 2 off-street spaces. LVT plank flooring, newer kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, updated bathroom. One of the best rental values on the Island IMHO.

My husband and I were very happy with the location, access to the beach, cleanliness, organization and decor of this homey beach house. It was the perfect, quiet escape for us, within walking distance to a nice range of restaurants and stores, yet far away from the crowds. We stay in a lot of VRBO properties, and we consider this one of the nicest in this price range. It is pretty much a turn-key (make sure you bring linens and towels since they aren't included). The bed was comfy, the shower was great and the kitchen was well-equipped. We are already making plans to revisit in the fall.

Had a beautiful stay with our family. Such a special place and town, and loved it in the off season.

I loved staying at this property. This cute condo was on the first floor. So close to the beach I was able to see the sunrise from the very comfy bed! Meigan and Ken were so kind and were always available for any questions. Was perfect for me!

My adult kids, son-in-law and I spend a cozy weekend in the apartment. We had everything we could need and I loved the little kitchen. We enjoyed it very much!

This is a tiny apartment but well equipped. Don’t plan to do much cooking as the kitchen is tiny. This apartment is ok for 4 but 6 would be cramped. Covered porch leaks with any rain (we had four straight days of rain). Nicely furnished; very nice TVs; two-minute walk to lovely beach. Needs better lighting in twin bedroom.

Our stay was absolutely amazing ! Unit location is literaly on the beach :). Unit is totally renovated, very clean and fully stocked ! Thank you so much Megan and Ken!

We had a lovely week at LBI. The condo was as described, plus it had some updates (new TVs, new twin beds, picnic table), which were much appreciated. The owners are lovely people who allowed me to bring my little dog, who wound up loving the beach! This was our second stay at the condo, and I would recommend it for its location and reasonable price.

We enjoyed our stay and close location to the beach this past week! Clean unit and quiet area.

We love Beach Haven, and rented this space as my family has outgrown another nearby rental. Two children and two adults slept well in comfy beds. The only issue was resolved promptly by owner and local handy person. We had a great stay, and hope to return!

We loved our stay here as we are beach lovers. Steps from the beach, the inside decor really puts you in a beach mood. There are outside showers, a washer and dryer in a separate room, and a very spacious deck/patio with a grill and large table and benches. Inside is immaculate, with what looks like new bedding. There are 3 air conditioners and also heaters. There are 2 convenient parking places. This is a large first floor condo, convenient if you want to avoid steps. The beach itself is guarded and beautiful. Suggestions to future renters would be to bring your own sheets ( 2 queen and 2 twin beds), towels including hand and bath towels and a hair dryer. This property is well taken care of and lovely.

What a great location. Steps from the beach. So close to shopping, Bay Village, restaurants and entertainment. Very clean and comfortable place with lots of thoughtful details. Bike rack for the bikes, outdoor showers, washer and dryer. Grill and outdoor picnic table . Made everything so easy!!!!! Great friendly hosts. Loved our stay.
