Stayed Dec 5, 2025The challets are incredible and yes my fur babies got to hang out with me Julian was very occamodating even offered late check out but we had to get back to reality as always to soon plenty of room for my entire family and visitors from back home. We all agreed we love it here and plan to come back as often as we can. From the fire place to the private hot tub and the star lit skies we love it. Thanks for everything Julian. See you guys again soon

Stayed Dec 27, 2022This property is in a great location. A few miles from Monarch for great skiing and plenty of trails for snowshoeing in the area. We also love the close proximity of Salida, our favorite mountain town. Beautiful accommodations and private hot tub cannot be beat!

Stayed Dec 6, 2021We had a great time. The chalet was cute and well stocked. We went to Mt Princeton Hot Springs which was a great experience. Did abit of walking arpund in Salida. Not a whole lot going on. In between time of year. Hottub was great each evening prior to going to bed.

Stayed Mar 3, 2021Love the cabin! The hot tub was great (private per cabin) the bed was nice, spacious, and we loved the creek! Our only complaint was that this cabin was close to the highway so you could hear the semis. Also it was connected to the cabin right next to it separated by a door, which wasn’t really a problem for us but we set up our infant son in the second bedroom (the room that’s connected) and I had fears that our neighbors could hear him cry if and when he did... overall great place and we would go back!

Stayed Dec 28, 2019The place was lovely and 2 of the workers were nice, accommodating and helpful. The only fly in the ointment was that on the last day when we were leaving, the owner told us we had “wrecked the hot tub“. We had used it three times, but not in anyway dissimilar to our hot tub usage at many other places. We brought no food or drinks around, and we did not allow our children to jump in and out. However it was freezing and ice had frozen on the sidewalk where water had splashed out. He wanted to charge us $50 for misuse. Eventually he agreed not to charge us but was clearly very angry. So please if you use the hot tub be excessively careful about splashing water and make sure everyone takes a full shower before getting in. Dec 20, 2013
