The host was warm, helpful, provided clear information about the Tiny Barn, gave good directions, and prompt answers to any questions. I immediately felt at home. Watching the lowing cattle, ducks in the pond, deer frolicking in the nearby meadow, roosters crowing, frogs croaking, birds singing their lullabies and the wild geese flying by created a true country atmosphere. It was a quiet, peaceful, cozy, and relaxing place with every listed amenity. The Tiny Barn was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, neat, and well organized, and the surrounding grounds were well maintained. It was nicely furnished, giving the Tiny Barn an open and spacious feeling. I felt very safe and secure. I was so pleased with this visit that I hope to return sometime next summer.

This was a little slice of heaven! Quiet, tranquil and perfectly off the beaten path. Everything was exactly as described and was well supplied for a week's stay. Excellent spot for stargazing and we loved Rodney the Rooster the best. I would highly recommend the tiny barn on the farm as the perfect place to get away from it all.

Perfect setting for a getaway. Enjoyed everything about the place! Recommend to everyone! We brought our dog and she loved walking around the property and sitting on porch.

This quiet, out of the way place was exactly as described and what we were hoping it would be. The pond across the acreage with deer and ducks was fun to watch while sitting on the porch. We enjoyed the birds, the chickens, the frogs, starry night sky - all the things in nature. It was a great place as a jumping off spot to drive to Helvetia and back. Great winding roads that followed babbling creeks. The tiny barn is not really tiny - plenty of room, all the amenities you need and exceptionally clean. We went from using fans and AC one night to using the heater and blankets the next since temps dropped to freezing. Everything worked great. The washer:dryer was great since we had a weeks worth of dirty clothes already! The owner gave very specific detailed directions for how to get there since GPS is spotty in lots of places in WV. It was a most enjoyable stay and we’d recommend it without hesitation!

We had an amazing time here. We went to the wildlife center and the asylum around the area and enjoyed a relaxing evening. Perfect ppace for a little getaway especially if you like the rural area to escape from people.

Our first trip to west Virginia couldn't have been better, the Tiny Barn is the perfect size for us and our pup. We wish we could have stayed longer, the property was peaceful and beautiful. Kim, our host, was kind enough to give some hiking recommendations and we saw shooting stars at night! Absolutely magical trip, we will definitely try to stay again!
