We had the best white Christmas here! Cabin has everything you need from full stock kitchen for family dinners to humidifier in every room if you are coming from the south like us. Sunrise are incredible and the jacuzzi has an amazing view including wild deers and elk if you stay right before sunrise. The sauna was a great plus we didn’t know it was gonna be enjoy so much by everyone 🤩! Don’t miss the opportunity to do a same day mini trip to Vail( there is also few skiing options within the hour drive). We loved The Lazy Butcher it’s a close by restaurant/Bar and a Butcher with great meat cut. The Bison farm was also a great addition to our family dinners. We will definitely be back for our future skiing trips.

We loved our stay here! It was for my wife's weekend birthday, and the sauna/hot tub combination caught our eye. The home was very lovely and well kept, and we really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna.

Where do i start? Wanted to suprise the wife with a couple tranquil days away from the hussle and bussle. This property surpassed my expectations and she was thrilled!. We have stayed at pushing 40 properties throughout the state and this is our first time in Evergreen. The owners put a lot of thought into the layout of the house and usage of the land. The veiws from the sauna and hottub are fantastic and private! Getting to the hottub looks harder than it is, and its so worth it. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make a full meal and very clean! Will definitely be coming back, especially with it being so close to everything if you want to leave, we did not. We jad everything we needed here!

The property was great! Relaxing and beautiful!!! But I messaged the host through Vrbo about not getting any check in information…. Luckily one doir was unlocked! I messaged multiple times asking questions, with no response. I did finally receive a welcome email (a day after getting to the property) with a phone number and a few instructions. The property itself was great!!! Just don’t count on help from the property owner!!

The property was amazing! Sitting in the living room with the windows open gave us the most amazing mountain breeze! We loved the views and could have stayed there the whole trip but Colorado did not disappoint on this trip and gave us the most amazing time! We also loved the wildlife around the property! We plan to come back for sure!

Check in was very simple. Google maps took us right to the house. It is a very windy skinny road accessing the house, but very worth it! The place was very well set up for us, some fun family games and gorgeous views. The tip to stop at grocery store on the way through town was very helpful. The house had all kitchen appliance needs. We saw deers and chipmunks in the yard and elk in neighboring driveway on the way down. My family said I have finally redeemed myself from all the cruddy hotels and rentals I’ve chosen in the past The pictures do not do the view justice.

We had a wonderful stay here! The view was unreal, we didn’t realized the property was on the side of a cliff when we booked it! The space was very clean and nice. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and sitting areas inside and out. The spiral staircase was a little tricky walked slowly down it. We hung towels off the stair edges that were at head height so we didn’t accidentally walk into them (we might more of a clumsy bunch but wanted to be very aware of it.) It was a great property and would book it again in the future!

We had a small group staying at the subject property with Red Rocks concert tickets. The space worked out exceptionally! Wonderful views, well appointed, and very comfortable…this home was a great fit. The check-in was seamless and easy. Red Rocks Amphitheater is a simple drive and short distance away. Also, the host shared valuable local knowledge in regards to restaurants and car services. Overall, our entire group enjoyed this rental experience to the fullest.

My group of five friends had the pleasure to stay here for a few nights. The house and property were both beautiful and served as a perfect base camp for our hiking adventures in Rocky Mountain National Park and seeing a concert at Red Rocks. We saw lots of deer and hummingbirds while sitting on the deck with our morning cup of coffee.Expectations and directions from the host were clear and easy to follow, making for a smooth check-in and check-out experience.

Five of us travelled to Evergreen for 4 nights at the end of April / early May. We had a great time both in the rental and around the area. The house itself if very clean and has more amenities than expected for both the bathroom and the kitchen. The humidifiers were great to have, as well, for us sea-level guests. Plenty to do in and around the area - we saw a Denver Rockies game, walked around Idaho Springs, explored and attended a concert at Red Rocks, went to Colorado Springs for a day to Gardens of the Gods (did the walking tour) and road up Pikes Peak, and travelled towards Breckenridge (explored downtown and did a couple of hikes in the area; even saw a moose)! On our last day we went up to Boulder before heading to the airport. I would stay again!

We were VERY impressed with our stay! Sorry it took so long to review, but within a few days of returning home, we received massive damage to our home from Hurricane Helene, and then I received a cancer diagnosis. We had wildlife (deer, fox, and rabbits) come into our yard almost every day we were there! I HIGHLY recommend this place!

The property was really better than good, but not excellent because of the metal spiral staircase. The property is well appointed with all you need in kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were temperapedic style mattress and comfortable. The pillows were not as comfortable. The location is great. The manager was accommodating. I would recommend the home, but with a warning about the staircase.

This place has a beautiful scenic background, the beds are nice and we only experienced minor issues. The toilet clogged on the last day and the plunger didn't fit the hole to unclog it so we had to use the downstairs bathroom. Worst part was getting the living room TV to work consistently. We had to activate it ourselves and we still had issues with the wifi connectivity but that's me nitpicking. Everything was amazing. One of the propane tanks is curroded and we had to swap the grill with the fireplace for it to work but no big deal. Plenty of kitchen items and towels for everyone and packs of shampoo and conditioner and lotion with a hair dryer. Super convenient essentials but the location was kinda hard to get there at points. Some navigations brought us the wrong directions. Thank you for the booking.

Stayed in September of 2024 and loved it. It was clean, we slept great on the (firm) mattresses, and the views from the patio and front room are great. One thing to note is that all 3 bedrooms are upstairs, and you access them via a spiral staircase. But if that’s a problem, you can also access them by going up a few steps outside the home and entering the 2nd floor on the higher deck. But it had everything we needed, it was easy to get to Red Rocks, and the natural beauty is almost entertainment by itself.

We ran into a slight hiccup on arrival, but the guest contact was able to remedy the issue quickly. We loved the area, closeness to I70 for easy access to Idaho Springs and the town of Evergreen. Loved seeing the wildlife, to include a bear walking up the hill near the house.
