Stayed Sep 1, 2025The home was cozy with beautiful porches and a nice firepit area outside. Furniture was comfortable. Location was peaceful and beautiful. Loved the sound of the stream. There is not a dishwasher - otherwise, the kitchen was well-stocked. We ate almost every meal at the house. Both bedrooms are located downstairs. There is a full bath both upstairs and downstairs. When we were not at the house, we spent most of our time hiking trails on the nearby Blueridge Parkway and exploring downtown Sylva. Overall, the home was a nice place to relax, read a good book on one of the porches, hike on the Parkway, and explore downtown Sylva.

Stayed Aug 22, 2025Beautiful location, great scenery. Only complaint was the carpeting and the abundance of area rugs gives a musty smell. But would stay again. the sound of the creek was refreshing.
