Perfect location for skiing!!! The cabin was adorable, and set in a gorgeous location on the ranch. Only recommendation would be shades in the open windows and a tv that allows streaming. Other than this minute things, this place gets an easy 10/10!!

Absolutely stunning views. Clean house and rooms. Quiet location on a working ranch. Great hosts. Took a UTV rental trip into the mountains and saw a moose and a wolf!

We had a wonderful stay at the post office ranch log cabin. Dean was very gracious and helpful host. It was a peaceful setting with beautiful views of the mountains and wildlife in the meadow. We would sit out on the porch in the morning as the sun rose and listen to the small brook trickling by while drinking our coffee. The cabin with three separate bedrooms and a loft with additional beds was nice for our family and grandkids. The two bathrooms were furnished with towels and wash cloths. Access to the South Arkansas river for fly fishing was an added bonus. It was also close to Salida but far enough away that we felt secluded. We would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed here 2 times now and LOVE IT! It is right outside of town and a quick drive to many amazing things! The views are amazing and we fully enjoy the quiet.

The cabin was quiet and clean and the views were stunning. It snowed while we were there and they made sure the road was shoveled in the morning before we left. We had a great time grilling and the beef you can buy from them was delicious. I recommend bringing some home!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Post Office Ranch! Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived and were greeted by the kind host:) We made such incredible memories. My husband and I, along with our 4 daughters, adored the friendly horses, and were blown away by the unforgettable sunrises, breathtaking starry nights, adorable towns and even our picturesque snow-dusting departure. It was so hard to leave, but we hope to return soon! Everything about the place made us feel like we were in a hallmark movie🎄

Dean was great!! The cabin was comfortable as well. The view was beautiful!! We especially enjoyed the stars at night. The cabin had everything we needed!!! We grilled hamburgers and barbecue chicken and had a fire. We will definitely be back!!

This is the only place we stay. Plenty of room for our trailer to get in and out of. Clean, peaceful, secluded but yet close to town. Highly recommended from us.

This house and property are beautiful! The house fit us so well and we had everything we needed- even firewood. We enjoyed the view and the comfort of the porch immensely!So nice to be able to walk to the creek.
