This cabin allows for guests to experience a one-of-a-kind getaway: Walking into the cabin, you`ll be greeted by the incredible wall of windows on the front of the Alpine: Mountain, nordic luxury awaits inside. Inside the cabin, you`ll find this 500 sq ft tiny cabin lives quite large. With an open living room, kitchen, dining area + a two-story ceiling, you`ll feel the bright and modern comfort and functionality of this dreamy cabin.

The Alpine sleeps two guests with a king enclosed bedroom + the softest, upscale and allergy free bedding. The perfect place for your best night of sleep ever!

The luxurious bathroom offers a walk-in shower with rain head, Public Goods toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and body lotion), cozy large bath towels, blowdryer and other `extras` that you may have forgotten at home.

-Beverage bar including a Nespresso, pour over, 8 cup pot coffee, and instant-hot tea kettle with assorted Nespresso pods, ground coffee, various teas, creamer, and sugar

-Starlink high speed internet
-An intimate and comfy entertainment space where you`ll find a 55` smart tv with Roku, luxury leather sofa, cozy accent poufs + throw blankets, and games to enjoy after a day of exploring. The Roku is in `guest mode` which allows you to log into your personal streaming services of choice. Please be aware that streaming capabilities can be limited due to our rural location

We are thrilled to offer some amazing optional add-on services through our partner vendors during your stay: Whether you`re looking for an in-cabin personal chef for a special meal, trail provisions for your adventures, in-cabin massage services, or shuttle service for a winery or brewery tour, we are happy to connect you with our esteemed partners to coordinate. Note that these services are available at an additional cost and subject to partner availability.

Alpine access: We created this cabin for you to relax and enjoy, so please make yourselves at home! Guests will have access to the full cabin. We ask that Alpine guests respect the privacy of the Timber Haus guests (which is located on the adjacent side of the property.) Inside the Alpine, guests will have access to all spaces minus the locked utility closet. There is a large gravel parking area directly outside of the cabin and we recommend 4-wheel drive due to the grade of the driveway (especially in the winter months.)

Alpine location: The Alpine is conveniently located near everything the Hocking Hills region has to offer: Whether you plan to lounge around, hike, canoe, horseback ride, zipline, tour wineries, or attend one of the many festivals hosted in the area, the A-Frame is a perfect home-base. There is so much beauty and so many sites to see - we would be happy to help make recommendations for your stay!

Other information to note: We love the modern, cozy comfort of The Everwoods Alpine. It allows us to unplug from our busy and sometimes chaotic day to day life. The Alpine is truly a home away from home, but is not totally without quirks. We are on a septic system which means only toilet paper can be flushed down the toilet. In addition, we are on well water with a softener system making it perfectly safe to drink and bathe in. Some guests prefer to bring bottled water during their stay as there is a distinct smell of well water.

While we are proud to offer Starlink Wi-Fi in our cabin, we are in an extremely rural area where internet is often spotty - we ask that you come prepared to unplug in the case that the Wi-Fi signal is not perfect during your stay.

Seasonally, we professionally treat for pests, however, on occasion they do find their way into the cabin. After all, it is their environment that we are occupying.

We are a husband and wife duo who care very much about our guests and ensuring you have a wonderful stay with us. We are available during your time at The Everwoods to answer questions or help in any way!

House rules:
-Despite being animal lovers, we do not permit pets.
-The cabin and private property is non-smoking, which includes both inside and outside and includes tobacco, natural, and vaping.
-Parties/events are not permitted at the cabin.
-We require a rental agreement to be signed prior to your stay.
-We utilize a Ring camera affixed to a tree that faces The Alpine driveway. We use this for the safety of our guests and of our cabin. They are not monitored during your stay aside from ensuring you are able to check-in smoothly. Covering or disabling these devices is strictly prohibited.
-We require a rental agreement to be signed prior to your stay.
-Parties/large events are not allowed at the cabin. No glitter or confetti, please!
-The cabin is a non-smoking property, which includes both inside and outside of the property and includes tobacco, natural, and vaping.
-Despite being animal lovers, we do not permit pets - no exceptions.
-We utilize a Ring doorbell and trail cameras on our hiking trails. We use these for the safety of our guests and of our cabins. They will not be monitored aside from check-in during your stay unless an issue arises. Covering or disabling either of these devices in any way is strictly prohibited.
-No commercial photography/videography is permitted without prior consent (additional fees may apply.)

If any of the above house rules are broken, guest agrees to pay any additional cleaning or damage charges.
