Don’t show up late like I did! Jackie was great, my husband had to work late last minute the day we checked in annd we had to get Kackie out of bed to open the gate. I felt TERRIBLE! But the property was so cute.

This little bunkhouse was all I needed for a quick weekend getaway. I will say, that personally I think this would be best for 1 or 2 guests, otherwise it might be tight, so for me it was perfect.I loved that this bunkhouse is on a working farm animal sanctuary. There were chickens and Guinea fowl wandering the property, along with cats, dogs and chickens. Having horses on the property, along with being able to arrange a trail ride with the property owner was absolutely fantastic! The hot tub was just the right size, and perfect after an afternoon of trail riding! You definitely need to be an animal lover to stay on this property, and know that you are directly behind the barn of a working farm, so there are those noises as well. Of course, that was appealing to me! But if you are skittish around animals, you might want to rethink.I will definitely be back, maybe for a longer stay next time!

Jackie’s place was a wonderful getaway from the hustle and bustle of every day life. It is centrally located and you can get anywhere in the Hocking Hills area within 30 minutes. The house was well equipped and very comfortable. The bed was comfortable as well. I had great communication with Jackie from the moment I booked it to our departure. We look forward to going back again.

This cabin was super cozy and a delight to stay at! The property owner Jackie was phenomenal to work with super helpful with directions around town as well to go sightseeing! The farm animals were an added bonus, super friendly! If you are looking for a little weekend getaway or extended stay this is the place to go off grid! They do offer Wi-Fi though so you can stay connected with your loved ones! 10/10 Would recommend staying here! The owner was super friendly and had great hospitality!

Jackie and the animals were wonderful the whole weekend. If you are looking to pet a goat while relaxing by a fire pit this is the place to be. All of the sanctuary animals are very friendly. The cabin is cozy and very clean. I was very impressed by my entire experienxe. Dont forget to ask them about horseback riding. Jackie is an expert and great at teaching newbies.

When we first arrived Friday night it was dark and we had to meet with Jackie so they could show us where the cabin was located and where we could park at! The next morning when we got up it was so scenery was so breathtaking everywhere you looked there was a farm animal Which is my type of vacation! The hot tub worked pretty good and felt amazing on the cool nights! Jackie was very nice! The only thing that I wish there would have been a description about them offering rides on Saturday and Sunday because we would have loved to have gotten one before we left but we had know idea about it until we arrived at the farm so was unable to plan for it! I can’t wait to go back again!!!
