Luxurious cabin w/private hot tub, firepit and great views - dogs allowed

My family and I really enjoyed the cabin; it was exactly as advertised. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again, we loved it!

Everything was clean. I think the ac worked a little to well lol. But all in all it was a fantastic stay. Although i wish i could get my blanket back i left there.

Rented this cabin for a girls get away and it was perfect! We made lots of memories on our short stay. The house was fully stocked with all that you would need for entertainment and just a good ole time. The cute town of Sylva with all you would need is just a few miles away with some great eateries and entertainment for the whole family. Like most have commented about the drive up it is approx half a mile up a mountain side so for us it was completely expected. It is steep, your breaks and transmission won’t appreciate it and you DO NOT want to be out after dark however if you are an experienced driver all this is manageable. If you want the views, you have to be elevated. Smaller vehicles are recommended however 4x4 will be needed in inclement weather and all of this is stated in the description. I definitely will be coming back! ?

This place felt like a home the hot tub was amazing and it was beautiful. The drive up the mountain is a little scary the first time especially in the dark but we got use to it very quickly. Will definitely be back!!

What a beautiful getaway. So close to all the mountain activities but private and cozy. I loved watching the sun come up through the big windows

This is a decent place to stay. It wasn’t as clean as I would’ve expected. The blankets looked like they had maybe left over food on them, there was hair on the shower wall from a previous guest, the counter top had some kind of residue on it. The grill was dirty as well, which I get people using and not cleaning but I feel maybe cleaning staff should be looking that over. The drive up is STEEP so be mindful. All in all it was a great stay, I would’ve just expected a few cleaning tweaks. I would stay here again. Extremely peaceful & a really nice home.

The property was clean and spacious. The view is wonderful. The hot tub takes a long time to warm up though.

Easy to find, good location, overall cleanliness of property good. Nice living room and kitchen area. The dryer didn’t dry as fast as we wanted. The hot tub was enjoyable and the view scenic but it lost heat during use and fit the three of us well. The road to the driveway was steep and curvy. A challenge for us not from the mountains. Definitely only room for two cars in the driveway.

Lovely cabin with many amenities. Location of the property up a steep incline was a little scary and no address marker so went to wrong place but once inside it was pleasant and as advertised. Close to national park which was a necessity

Rented this cabin for the weekend because it stated it had a hot tub.... That I've been broken weeks before we got there so it was completely unusable. We froze the first night because the heat did not work and the gas logs would not come on

We had planned on a fun mountains trip with a hot tub and a view. At least it had a view. Otherwise it was a fail. There was loads of uncollected trash outside. The hot tub hadn’t been maintained. The 2nd floor was 15 degrees hotter than the first floor. The pics of the house are not current. The new furniture is worse across the board. Vacasa is quick to respond and Shannon was very helpful. We ended up leaving a day early. One positive note - it is very easy to get to Dillsboro, Sylvia, and surrounding areas.

Beautiful cabin. Road up can be a bit scary in a large vehicle. Plenty of room for our group of 6 Adults.

Great cabin!

The house was fine, it was like the pictures. We rented this house through VRBO, I hate having to download an addional app to get into the house. We reached put to Vacasa as soon as we arrived to ask about getting a door to the porch unlocked. The two glass doors to use to walk out onto the porch you see in the picture next to the fireplace are locked. Meaning you have to go out the front door and go all the way around the house to get to the hot tub. When we called we were connected to corporate vacasa and we're told the local team would reach out to us. We were never contacted by the local team. Not to tell us yes or no, just radio silence. Also they had people come weedeat on Saturday morning and we were not told they were coming. We were woken up my the sound of the machines and the people coming up onto the porch to do whatever they were doing. The communication from Vacasa was terrible unless they were trying to get us to rate them. I would not recommend using Vacasa.

Beautiful home. Very clean. Be prepared for steep climb to home. I felt like I was in a treehouse but no Mountain View.

We loved everything about this place. Nice area with great views of the forest and the mountains, cool fire pit and viewpoint area, wonderfully furnished house and a great hot tub. The wifi connection was excellent, and the house was spotless when we moved in. Every electrical appliance is up to date and in good condition. Not much to say other than the vacation went great thanks to this house.

Need to update pillows but overall i enjoyed the cabin and the driveway is very steep make sure u know how to drive the hills to the cabin

Really nice cabin, plenty of room for our family of 6. Everything was clean and the kitchen was stocked with all you need to cook, just bring the food! I will agree on the steep driveway, but our ford explorer did just fine. Once you go up once it’s not so bad. The property was well maintained and we enjoyed the little seating area, with a really nice view a short walk down the driveway. We love the Cherokee area and this was a short drive which is why we chose this cabin. Definitely recommend taking the drive, especially if you have kids, and spend a day at the oconaluftee island park. Bring your tubes and make a day of it. Also the Elk that come out a bit before sunset near the visitor center are amazing to see! Overall we loved the cabin, customer service was great and we will definitely use Vacasa again.

This cabin is fantastic! Tucked away in a mountain but still close to all the activities and hikes in the area. Very clean and well appointed. Will definitely book it again!

We chose this property for its ease in getting to from the main road and nearness to Sylva. In that regard, the property exceeded our expectations. Aside from the information provided by the agency, we found the property to be extremely clean, TV and WiFi excellent, and a kitchen with a surplus of plates, cups, and utinsels. We would certainly rent the property again.

We really enjoyed staying here. We made good use of all the amenities and everything that was listed was there and in working order. The cabin is even nicer than the listing shows, and is the perfect mix of modern comfort and semi seclusion. Highly recommend.
