Very good property and quick to respond

First vacation for couple of girls in our group, I’m so thankful it was at this property. They had a great experience here, comfortable pleasant relaxing vacation.

Everything from entering and exiting was amazing. Place meet our expectations and more. Will be back again.

The host was very communicative and ensured we had a smooth check in/check out process. The house was lovely (as expected) and very close to many restaurants, bars, beach, shops, etc.

No problem getting in touch with them. Second day the doors battery died so we could not enter the property, made a call and fixed the issue immediately. Will definitely book again.

This cottage was perfect for our needs. Centrally located for walking to the beach, shopping and restaurants. There were a few things that needed fixed, but management was right on it and fixed them quickly. We would happily stay here again.

House was as described in listing. We had 2 adults, 4 teens and had plenty of space. Great location was super convenient to beach, shops and restaurants. Even for a holiday week the beach area wasn’t super crowded. We would definitely stay here again.

There was insulation all over the floor when we walked in. Communication with the owners was difficult and they consistently reverted to texting me when I asked for communication through the app. This unfortunately caused communication issues regarding checkout time, and they still charged me a late fee.On the whole, below average location with below average communication with the property owners. You can find better options all around.

Just two blocks from the bustling Mandalay Ave Strip of restaurants, shops, and bars. A five minute walk to the beautiful sandy Cleawater beach, the famous Frenchy’s Rockaway grill and 10 minutes to the famous Pier 60.Fully equipped cottage with laundry and private back yard patio. Large kitchen area with island and dining area. Private driveway if you have rental car or guests.Clean and in great shape. Property management very helpful and professional.

Had a great stay at Frenchy’s Cottages. The place was very comfortable and easy walk to almost everything…beach, morning coffee, restaurants, and shops. Was quiet at night. Highly recommended.

We had a great week in Clearwater Beach. Our cottage was spacious, clean and a close walk to everything. We enjoyed having the outdoor space and used the outdoor grill. The only thing we had trouble using were the TV’s. They weren’t easy to navigate. We would, gladly, stay again

The location was near the beach, but in a quieter neighborhood. The property was beautiful, clean, and spacious. Property manager was quick with responses to questions and reached out to check on us after we checked in.

House was clean and it had everything we needed and plenty of space for everyone. Location is perfect because you can easily walk to the beach and restaurants. It’s on a quiet street and there is plenty of parking in the driveway! The house had beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella which was very helpful. Communications from Julian was great and very responsive. Always responded right away to my questions. He even contacted me about a pair of shorts that was left behind. Great place!
