Stayed Feb 12, 2026Great location-walking distance to shops, restaurants and most importantly, the BEACH! Home was clean and well stocked with starter essentials. Beach towels included. Bed was comfortable as well. No complaints, would definitely stay again.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Communication was great, very responsive when we had questions. The location is great, far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to be able to walk to everything. If you have littles, the walk to the beach may be a little tiresome in the heat. For adults it's fantastic.I'll also mention it was very clean. Always important to us when we are on a trip and we felt right at home.The only thing I would mention, which is not to take as a negative, but just as something to note. Overall the place is well stocked with items like dishes/pots/pans, shampoo/conditioner, etc... it is not stocked with any starter items such as coffee, laundry soap, etc. So that made it a little difficult to do any laundry. We only stayed for two days and had to hop back on a plane, so we weren't going waste spending $$ on laundry detergent we would only use once. Just be aware.The place as a whole is great. Really loved our stay.

Stayed Feb 6, 2025My family (3 adult couples) stayed in this property to attend a wedding. Very clean and new! We loved having coffee on the back patio. Very walkable to the beach and restaurants - dinner, coffee shops, bars! Beach chair rental place right on the beach was convenient. Would love to come back!!

Stayed Jun 23, 2024Brought my son and his girlfriend for their first gulf visit, they loved it! Location was perfect, I've been to clearwater multiple times and this was the best rental by far.
