Stayed Jan 17, 2026This house was great! Loved the location. The host was very easy to communicate with. The house was clean and had just what you need without all the extra decorative knick knacks! We will definitely rent here again!

Reviewer Comments: I put up 3 friends as overflow space from my condo at nearby Belle Harbor for a guy’s weekend, and they all loved it. Newly renovated spaces and furniture, ice cold A/C. Super convenient location as well.I also had a great experience with Beach Time Rentals in rescheduling this trip from a year earlier due to the hurricanes.

We were able to enjoy time with family and friends over spring break my the back yard, on the beach, a 5 minute easy walk away, and having dinners together. The rental company made sure that we had everything we needed. It was clean, well kept, and lovely. I loved it , my family loved it, and we will be back!

Stayed Feb 12, 2025The location was awesome. Very convenient walking into town and the beach. The cottage was clean. Backyard nicely landscapped. Beds were comfortable and all had TVs. The couch was not comfortable. Plan on going back next winter. The rental people were very friendly. Plan on going back next winter.
