Cozy Studio Style Vacation Rental Located Outside Busy Downtown Talkeetna

Quick weekend trip from Anchorage. The place was amazing! Clean, well stocked, and great communication with the host. I really appreciated the pet friendly considerations. One of the best places I have stayed. I plan to book again in the future. Thank you.

This is my second stay at this little cabin. I absolutely love this place. Enjoyed my privacy and place to rest up before returning to Anchorage. Stocked with anything I needed. Great little getaway location, close to town, to rest and relax.

Perfect lodging for area adventures. Felt like home as it was well stocked with everything we needed and a lot of personal touches that demonstrated care and made us feel welcome. Very comfortable and clean. Great communication. Most convenient location. Host always available to us, but we were super-busy and didn't engage at all. It was our first trip to Talkeetna and Birch View was a fantastic place to stay. It's just a couple miles out of Talkeetna, in a beautiful private location.

Very much enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and away from things, yet a close drive to attractions and restaurants.

I gave a 5 star. I rent in talkeetna often, this place by far perfect for me. Location is close to town, quiet, safe for young kids, plenty of space, comfortable furnishings and all the amenities desired for a few days stay. Checkin so easy and best.... not a bunch of overwhelming rules
