its a very nice cabin , easy to get to . booked this place for a penn state game, worked out great. about a 50 min drive. grilled out that evening and had a great fire. bring or pick up some firewood from the local vendors thanks

This Cozy Cabin suited my needs perfectly. I live close by, but needed to get away from the responsibilities at home for a weekend. It was clean, cozy and refreshing. It is close to the lake, so I was able to go there and walk the trails easily. Loved it!

Heather was very welcoming! The house was exactly as described and better. The house had everything you would need for your stay. It was nice to be able to sit on the deck in the morning and drink coffee. The in-law type suite downstairs was very nice!

Such a cute, cozy cabin. It was a perfect fit for my family while staying in Huntingdon for my son’s college football game. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The decor was beautiful and the home was even decorated for the season. We will definitely book again next season.

Everything was wonderful, beautiful cabin.

The house was very clean and quiet. The kitchen had great cooking utensils, pans, spices etc. Heather was always quick to respond to any question. The first floor bedroom area was fantastic! Just like a suite or efficiency apartment. Nice view, seating area and fire pit. Starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap etc. my only issue was I forgot aluminum foil and there wasnt any there, no big deal because everything was wonderful!!

This place is amazing. It was super clean and super cute. The location is great (close to 7 point marina) and it is very peaceful there. The owner was so helpful and made sure we had an excellent stay. Highly recommend staying here. We loved the large porches too.

Thank you so much for sharing your home! Very well stocked and nice layout. My son's family had 2 teens and a 3 year old and they all had their private space. The outside seating is shaded and lovely! Very close to the lake and shopping.

We enjoyed the area. Never been there before. It wasn’t too far from the lake which made it very handy! Place was very clean. Would have been nice if the owner would have supplied dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels etc for our whole stay. She communicated well!

It was a great spot for families. Plenty of space for kids to run around, nice deck, and about 8 minutes from the actual lake..

Me and my family stay here for long weekend I was a great place to stay house was awesome. It was quiet and peaceful and close to the lake and the kids love it and the host heather was amazed too I would def book it again

Cozy Cabin is a comfortable and clean property. Unfortunately it rained during our stay so we spent time indoors and on the covered porch. Heather was very nice to work with and we would rent this cabin again. Cozy Cabin was close to 7 points marina, and Raystown Resort.

This property was amazing! We had three different family's with kids ranging from 7 mos to 7 years and everyone was thrilled! Proximity to the lake was ideal and it was well stocked. I'd definitely book again!

Great location! Clean property. This was our second stay at Cozy Cabin!

Our family of 4 (2 parents & 2 young adult children) stayed here a couple of days for a quick getaway vacation while one daughter was home from out of state. This cabin was clean, modern, spacious, beautifully decorated, comfortable, easy to find, and in a great location - a short car ride to the lake or to town.We especially enjoyed sitting out on the deck near the gas fireplace in the chilly mornings and evenings. We’d definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity!

My wife, sister, brother-in-law, and I enjoyed our recent stay at this lovely property that's just a few minutes from Seven Points Marina on Raystown Lake. It's well maintained and welcoming! I look forward to future opportunities to stay at this peaceful home.

We had a very nice stay here. Heather communicated very well. The house was immaculate and had tea, coffee, etc. The interior stairs were very steep and my 75 year old mother found them challenging, so she ended up using the deck stairs to get down to ground floor.

The Cozy Cabin was cozy! My family had a wonderful stay. It was exactly what we needed while visiting our son at Juniata College. We were able to relax and unwind while he still had classes. We were able to enjoy family time. Heather was phenomenal. She helped with restaurant suggestions and aided us when we asked for help. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. The cabin is well maintained, clean and spacious. My only wish could have been warmer weather. :) We hope to rent the cozy cabin again soon!

Enjoyed the accommodations. Very clean. Perfect for 3 couples. Had all the amenities needed, even some xtra coffee pods. Stayed over a weekend while visiting Penn state. Just wished we explored the area more. Next time.

We came to mountain bike and this was the perfect place to stay. Only 3 miles from the trails and the seven points area of the lake, the house had everything that we could have hoped for. Tastefully decorated with a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of places to sit down and relax, we will come back if we are ever in the area again.

This is a lovely home with multiple sleeping options, a full kitchen and a half kitchen on the first floor. The kitchen was well stocked and all was clean. The area was quiet and lots of good outdoor seating space. Very high you recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Cabin. Heather was an amazing host. She had Peanut Butter Meltaways there for a welcoming gift. The cabin is decorated so cute. I highly recommend staying here.

My sisters and I had a wonderful time staying at the Cozy Cabin Minutes from Raystown Lake! Heather is a wonderful host and very responsive! The cabin was the perfect size and met our needs during our visit with our aunt and uncle in Williamsburg. It was the perfect location, not far away from our family, the beds were so comfortable, the porch was amazing, especially just needing to get away in the peace and quiet of nature. I would highly recommend Heather's cabin, you won't be disappointed! We are planning a spring trip, so we will be sure to book this place again! Thanks again Heather, it was such a pleasure!

My family and some friends stayed at this cabin to attend a wedding at Stone Valley Estates (north of Huntingdon). This cabin is as advertised. Wonderful condition. Clean. Cozy. Comfortable. Nice areas to gather. Nice amenities. The ladies in the group loved the decor. Rustic farm house. Everything worked as advertised, no negatives to mention and we had no issues during our stay. Host is wonderful to work with and communicate with. A+ in our book. Will definitely stay again if the opportunity presents itself.

Beautiful, clean property. There was plenty of kitchen supplies to cook with dish and hand soap, trash bags and dishwasher detergent which was very thoughtful. There were plenty our towels, washclothes, and i saw extra blankets in the closets I had a question during our stay and the host texted back very quickly with an answer! Check in and checkout were a breeze. The home is located very close to a lake that we were able to rent a boat for the day! Our friends stayed on the lower level with their young child and they said it was very quiet down there despite us and our three older children moving around and playing games on the second floor which was very nice for staying up and playing board games after the kids went to bed. I would definitely recommend this property! Only caution i would lend is to be a little careful if taking a walk on the street. There were neighbors who had 2 large dogs unleashed that ran out at us when we were walking. The one who made contact and was jumping on us was friendly so there was no terrible ending , it just startled our kids and had the potential for a bad ending.

This was a great small house for our small weekend away. Very quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the gas firepit on the back porch. only minutes from the lake. Will definitely recommend this to anyone looking.

Cozy Cabin was the perfect weekend away! We went with our family (adults only) to celebrate a birthday. The property was perfect for entertaining. The cabin was super close to Raystown Lake, which made it convenient to go boating for the afternoon. Cozy Cabin was decorated cute and meticulously clean. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. If you’re thinking of going, do it! 10/10 rating!! :) Thank you Cozy Cabin for the memories!
