Hannah and the team should be really proud. The service, accommodation, cleanliness and breakfast were all excellent. We stayed for one night but wish it could have been longer.

Rooms are comfortable and practical with everything you need - real home from home. Staff are really kind and friendly and gave great tips for local outings. And the October offer sent it was great value for money.

As before the accommodation was just what we like for our needs. A suitable location giving access to many attractions and facilities. Hannah and staff very friendly which gives it more of the personal touch.

Hannah, the host, was amazing. So kind and thoughtful. So kind and thoughtful in every way. Her staff were also very welcoming. The facilities were outstanding, very spacious and our room was spotlessly clean. Wr really appreciated the fresh milk in the fridge every day. A delicious cooked breakfast every morning with so many choices of things to eat. Dairy Barns is in a beautiful location and we hope to go back very soon. .

We shared a twin room, my sister and I, the room was lovely, clean and bigger than the usual twin room. The tea and coffee tray was well stocked . on the first day we had some lovely cupcakes in the room. And it was no trouble for Hannah when I requested soya milk and there was a little fridge in the room which was very helpful especially with this heatwave we are getting. This was my second time staying here at Dairy Barns, Hickling. Hopefully will return again soon.

A warm welcome and friendly staff. A very comfortable room with every facility you could wish for in a lovely peaceful setting. A generous tasty breakfast. We had a lovely stay.

The accommodation was clean, the host was friendly and offered suggestions regarding what to do in the area. Parking was easy. Breakfast was good and I loved the Emma Bridgewater crockery.

Nothing to dislike clean friendly fab breakfast staff cannot not do enough for you.

Comfortable bed, super breakfast and cosy lounge, friendly staff

Our room (Red Poppy) was comfortable with plenty of space and storage. The shower was very good although the water didn't drain away too well. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The breakfast was ample and of great quality. There were lots of suggestions of places to visit and things to do in the lounge and reception area.

We like everything about Dairy Barns. That is why we keep going back.

Warm, clean, well cared for accommodation and excellent host. Close to Horsey Gap to see the seals.

Peaceful and relaxing break. We keep returning and every time we visit we feel so welcome. Hannah is so kind and accommodating. The rooms are beautiful, with excellent attention to detail… cakes are delicious! Superb breakfast, my granddaughter loves the waffles ! Very excited to return this year and look forward to another visit soon.

The overall experience was fantastic from the moment we arrived, our room was spacious, clean and with all the facilities you'd expect. The breakfast was great too.
