Everyone was so friendly, from the staff to the other guests. Hannah was happy to help and provided great advice for the local area and where to visit etc. The barn was homely and even included a communal sitting area where you could pick up games or swap books.

Great hospitality, and made extremely welcome. Breakfast was great and everywhere was spotlessly clean.

Hannah was extremely welcoming - and made our stay with my extended family (including 4 children!) really pleasant and stress free. My two year old woke up every day telling us how beautiful she found the place. Rooms were all very comfortable and breakfast was as special as advertised.

Very relaxing environment, very comfortable rooms and very friendly hosts. Ideally located for Hickling Nature Reserve and seal watching at Horsey Gap. Two friendly pubs nearby for pub grub.

Ideally situated for the coast, and nature reserves.

Quiet, location near where we wanted to visit. Very friendly, clean and a lovely personal touch to the rooms. Although we didn’t use the extras left for us if we were staying longer we would have. One night wasn’t long enough to enjoy everything. Definitely be returning another time. Local pub, good recommendation, food lovely.

Nice accommodation. Management is a bit frosty, although pleasant to other guests. Came back one evening to our bedroom unlocked after our room was serviced with our ipads, phones in the room. Doesn't leave you feeling secure.

Absolutely amazing place to stay, no expense spared & an idyllic position too. All staff are very friendly, kind, & always helpful.

A cheerful welcome from Hannah was a great start to our stay. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The freshly cooked breakfast was excellent.

This was our 3rd visit and this time we stayed in the Seaside room. Huge comfortable bed with crisp linen. Everything else was there that was needed plus a few extras. Hannah and Jill knowledgeable about the area and attentive without being overbearing. Love this place and would definitely recommend.

Our first time visit to the Dairy Barns and from the start Hannah was so lovely & welcoming to us & nothing was too much trouble. I loved that there was a lounge room for guests, which we enjoyed using and the breakfast was superb. Jill gave us lots of local information & great suggestions for days out. We have stayed at Dairy Barns numerous times. Always a warm welcome from Hannah, a very comfortable nights sleep, and the best breakfast ever cooked by her mum. Both are very knowledgeable about the area if you’re unsure what to do with your day.

The rooms are so comfortable, the breakfast amazing and the team so welcoming. All the little touches too make you feel very at home.

The rooms are finished to a very high standard and the family and staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. This was our second stay and we will return

Nice quiet location on a rural working farm. Made to feel very welcome by all: breakfast is superb in a gorgeous old barn and we loved being able to have breakfast by the Christmas tree 😀: room was spotlessly clean with ample facilities - Nice having homemade cake waiting for us on arrival. Seeing the horses heads through their stable doors morning and evening was nice - must meet them next time 😀 Great links for eating out so found two new pubs this time. Will definitely be back 👍

Lounging with friend following a good day out.

Lounge for customer use. great for friends to meet up and not have to meet in room. Easy parking. Reasonably located for activities and dining. Loads of info booklets and maps provided. Hosts so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast cooked fresh individually. Wore my slippers in room and to breakfast as our route to barn was carpeted! Seeing new born seals on the beach was a bonus. Would visit again and recommend to other friends.

The Dairy Barns didn't disappoint as it has been 10 years since we last visited. We enjoyed homemade cake in our room with our afternoon cuppa. It really is a great place to stay and I hope we shall be able to visit again a great deal sooner than last time!

Relaxed, comfortable establishment, quiet and peaceful with a lovely wholesome breakfast with a variety of choices. Very comfortable beds and bed linen, with hot water for a shower any time of day and lovely fluffy towels. Friendly accommodating staff.

The bathroom and power shower was amazing. The bed was very comfortable, with a generous size relaxing area with table and chairs. A public lounge and outside area available.

We found our stay relaxing and friendly as well as chatting to Hannah and Jill we found the other guests friendly to chat to about what we have visited or where we have been for a meal. It was also really nice of Hannah to let us use her plates and cutlery to eat a meal in our room then to just leave them in the breakfast room for her to put in their dishwasher, thank you very much. The bed was very comfortable and in fact we would sometimes sleep later than we wanted too ! Well thought out.

Everyone was very friendly!

I loved my spacious room, with all facilities you could need and extra touches such as welcoming home made cake (delicious), fresh milk in the fridge. It was lovely and quiet, and comfortable. It was nice to sit on a comfortable chair instead of on the bed. Parking was straightforward and check in easy. A lovely stay. My only downside was at breakfast - I had a lovely bowl of fruit salad - very tasty, but the toast was white sliced. I guess that this must work best as most have cooked breakfast

Quiet location with lovely comfy rooms and to order breakfast near to the coast and the broads. Many stays over the three years and will come again soon.Bonus three nights for the price of two over winter months.

We liked the atmosphere, the location, the friendliness of the staff and the relaxed atmosphere, There was plenty of information about the local area including attractions and places to dine. Our room was clean, spacious and well equipped. There were also various communal areas, both indoor and outdoor, to sit and relax. To top this off, the breakfasts were excellent!

Warm Welcome from Hannah. Shown to our very large room which included table and chairs, plus coffee, tea and biscuits, milk in the fridge. Wine glasses and bottle opener available in lounge area. Opportunity to have a takeaway as plates and cutlery were provided. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. Hannah went above and beyond to provide dairy free options.

It was our first visit to Norfolk and Dairy Barns had been highly recommended by friends. We were certainly not disappointed. The team were so friendly and welcoming, doing all they could to make our stay perfect.

Friendly, real family feel. Good food, peaceful surroundings and beautiful, well equipped room. The suggestion of the Reedham Ferry was great - a real treat!

A very good standard of accomodation.

Everything was perfect from the bedroom to all the staff with an excellent breakfast selection. Hanna even offered us an early breakfast so we were able to make the most of our bird watching break. It's definitely our number one place to stay in Norfolk & are looking forward to returning asap.

There is a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere and the ability to come back anytime of the day and enjoy sitting in the lounge is good.. I also love the decor - particularly the beautiful pastels colours in the main corridors and all the various ornaments, cushions etc. which add that special touch. All the staff are very friendly and Jill is excellent at recommending places to visit which otherwise we would miss. We appreciate the 3 nights for 2 offer and sure we will come again.

We had an absolutely wonderful three-night stay and wished we had booked for longer! Hannah and her family have done an amazing job creating a warm and welcoming B&B. The rooms are spacious and modern while still maintaining a charming barn/farm feel, with beautiful wooden beams and thoughtful decor throughout. The breakfast barn is stunning, and the attention to detail really stands out. The breakfast itself was fantastic! Location was perfect! All the staff are so friendly and helpful!

Hannah, her Mum and the team were all warm and welcoming. Hannah was also very flexible with regard to our lack of certainty about our arrival time. We had a lovely relaxing couple of days there and wouldn't hesitate to return.

We stayed in Seaside room. It’s so stylish and comfortable especially the bed. Lovely generous touches such as cake, fresh milk for our tea. We loved how warm our room was on arrival. Truely home from home. Hannah goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I loved the bathroom with comfy fluffy towels and robe. Everything, coffee,teas and breakfast was super quality.

Everything about our stay was good, we felt that we were part of a friendly family and cannot fault anything about our stay. We like everything about the B&B - from the friendly welcome to the large, accessible rooms and great breakfasts, and the area has plenty to offer, even out of season. Hannah was very welcoming and she showed us to our room and ran through some helpful information. Our breakfast was delicious and it was in a lovely converted barn. The tables in the barn all looked very attractive with pretty flowers and nice crockery and there were several young ladies serving breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Dairy Barns. Good shower with bath sheets. We ate at The Greyhound but we had to drive there to book as.mobile sjgnal was poor. Wi-Fi was very good.

Hanna makes you feel very welcome and confident in her management. We have stayed more than once and intend to return. When we couldn't get a taxi this time, she even went the extra mile and picked us up herself.

Lovely hosts, large comfortable rooms and great to have stables and an enclosed garden for the young kids. Well placed for trips to the beach and also in to the larger towns.

We had two nights in Dairy Barns B and B and two weeks in Willow Cottage. Hannah and team gave us a lovely stay at the farm, including breakfast for nine of our family (the day after they hosted a big wedding!) . The rooms are tastefully decorated and the good quality bedding and extras helped us to enjoy the luxury accommodation. Willow Cottage is beautifully equipped and so very clean. Well situated for coast and North Broads. We loved the seals at Horsey and paddleboarding at Dilham. Thanks.

This accommodation is first class. The room and the lovely big bed with crisp, white bed linen. A beautiful en-suite with white, fluffy towels and really nice toiletries. Breakfast in the morning was delicious with a wide variety of food. The location is beautiful. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here
