Waterfront Mid-Century Chic #4 Clearwater Beach .

The location is perfect. Very quiet little neighborhood, delightful balcony & only 2 blocks from the beach. Also easy to walk to the middle of the town & not have to worry about parking.The entire apartment is in keeping with the mid century modern style. All the amenities you could want.Clean, spacious & comfortable. Highly recommend

We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and downtown. Lovely sunrise from the deck and of course the sunset!

Lina was very receptive and answered all our questions in a very timely manner. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The patio views were amazing. We sailed in and docked at the back door. A very welcome and added bonus. Great location to everything. We will definitely be returning.

We enjoyed the gorgeous views and easy walk to beaches. The windows over looking the docks and inland waterway made this stay feel extra special.The kitchen was well supplied with utensils and pots and pans and made eating in very seamless.Comfort and care taken for bedding and towels and bright clean throw pillows is appreciated!

Condo had everything we needed with quick easy walk to the beach!

It was a great place to stay with another couple. The property is well maintained. There's a pool but we didn't use it as the weather was cold. We loved sitting on the balcony watching big birds fly into the tree. Easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Lina answered all my questions and responded promptly.

The host was very welcoming, the location was great and the home was very clean. We loved sipping on morning coffee and evening wine at the deck. Will definitely recommend and go back.

Perfectly equipped and beautiful condo and a lovely sunrise

Such a nice spacious apartment Clean as can be and well stocked Great location for beach and site seeing Cool clean salt water pool. Beach wagon and chairs available by host. We didn’t find them till last day, too late to use, so don’t make our mistake. They are in the closet

We enjoyed our stay. The condo exceeded our expectations. The balcony is very large, a pleasant place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The view of the bay was lovely. There is a small jet ski tour company next door which is a fun way to spend the morning.

All good. Wish the pool was bigger but still enjoyed it.

This is the second time we have stayed at this location in the last two months. Definitely one of our favorites! We chartered a captained yacht and they were able to pull right up to our dock and pick us up. Everything is so conveniently close and in walking distance. Already planning our next trip back!

Location was good, if your tired from staying at the beach all day, it could be tiring on the walk home, alot of places had golf carts which would have been a great idea. it was a quiet location. Clearwater was a beautifully area.

We enjoyed our stay exactly what we needed to experience Clearwater Beach. We were offered early check in. The views were beautiful, the bedding was comfortable, nice furnishings (the pull out couch isn’t ideal for adults but worked). Easy and safe walking distance to the beach. We also booked a boat rental next door at Stay Salty Charters and received a discount! Highly recommend.

Very cool apartment on the inner waterway, 7 minute walk to one of the nicest beaches ever. Well appointed kitchen accommodated home-coked fresh seafood dinners. A barbecue was missed; otherwise wonderful accommodations.

Our stay was perfect. Lina was attentive to our check in. The location is in a quiet area and walkable to all restaurants and main tourist area. Nicely decorated and plenty or space. Would stay here again.

I stayed at this property a few weeks ago. It was really cute and clean. We had an issue with a loud group of college students staying in the other unit that the host owned and the handled it great. My issue came up the day that we checked out. We left early and let the owner know we were gone so the cleaner could come. I mistakenly left some clothing items in one of the drawers. The host sent me an email that day letting me know but we were already home by then. I asked if we could pay for shipping to have them mailed or if we could coordinate a pickup. No response. I reached out several more times via email and phone and again, no response. I got VRBO involved and they still haven’t responded! Very disappointed in how things are being handled.

The property was easy to find and looks decent from the outside but the inside was very nice and the layout Was accommodating. We liked how the living room separates the 2 bedrooms for privacy because my husband and i traveled with another couple. We very much enjoyed the view from the balcony overlooking the bay and enjoyed fishing off the back dock despite some minimal damage to the dock. I brought it to the owners attention only as a warning of potential hazard and she immediately addressed it. The decor of the inside of the property was nice and the location was walking distance to alot such as beach and eateries. We appreciated the beach buggy cooler, beach chairs and beachtowels. We would stay at this property again!
