- Strictly no party or venue use. No smoking inside or on balconies. No laundry on balconies. No pets. General Terms & Conditions & building Body Corporate rules apply.

- Private residence - This apartment is a personal residence and occupied between periods of availability. Some storage areas will be used by the owners for personal use. As a result, this apartment may be more fully furnished than other dedicated accommodations.

- Noise in the area - The waterfront road is busy & all properties within this area are subject to some road & port noise. The apartment is elevated & has been well insulated & double glazed for your comfort.

- Security cameras - For security & safety of the building, the body corporate operate security cameras that monitor the doors and vehicles in the parking area.

**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:

- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).

- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.

- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.

- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.

- A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. Please refer to the agreement for full terms and conditions. :-)

    A lovely apartment with a beautiful view but there was a constant loud noise from the very heavy traffic on Highway 6 outside the balcony we never got to use.The only break we got was between 1.30am and 4am when the truck and trailer units carrying logs, containers, wood chips and general cargo were taking a break.

    We had a lovely 3 days here. The location is perfect and everything was there to have a comfortable stay. The only problem was the road noise at night from the master bedroom but we may have been a bit more sensitive to it being from the country.

    Great views, very comfy beds, traffic noise quite loud in front bedroom, no sky tv, had apple movies but needed your own apple password, nice modern amenities, and 2 private carparks in garage

    Lovely apartment with gorgeous views. We found the apartment stunning with the comfiest bed in the master bedroom than any we have stayed in. Would highly recommend. Worth the price. Waking up to the view of the sea and watching the sail boats in the evening was a treat.

    This is a wonderful apartment for families, friends or couples wanting to experience the lifestyle that Nelson has to offer. Beautifully appointed, with every consideration for the traveller thought of. Undercover secure parking and walking distance to some incredible restaurants. Our hostess could not have been any more thorough in her introduction to her apartment and it was lovely to meet her. This property is exceptionally clean and tidy and the beds are extremely comfy. Would definitely stay here again if in town,
