Michael's property is absolutely perfect for a couple - clean, cozy, in a quiet neighborhood and accessible to everything in Newport and Middletown. He was also very responsive with all communication. It was a terrific fit for us!

A lovely property, perfect for just the two of us and super close to all that Newport and the surrounding area has to offer. Apartment was immaculate and had everything that we needed. We loved the covered porch; perfect for morning coffee, an evening cocktail or just to relax and read. Bed was super comfortable. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again my next time in Newport.

Super clean, welcoming space!

The property was great, but I would suggest if there are four people staying there. The pullout sofa is not comfortable. For two people, it would be wonderful.

perfect space for a one night stay with friends!

This was the perfect spot for our stay for a friend's wedding just down the street. Very clean and easy to rent. Excellent communication and flexibility with our hosts!

The apartment was the perfect amount of space for a couple. The rental was clean and had all the amenities that we needed for our week long stay. The host is extremely helpful providing recommendations for restaurants and area activities. Location was wonderful for the various things we wanted to do in the Newport area. We would definitely return to this rental when visiting the area in the future.

The space was a little roomier than I imagined, was well-appointed, and was very clean. It worked well for a short stay for me, my husband, and two teens. The covered outdoor space was nice for rainy weather. The host was quick to respond when we needed assistance.

I have no complaints about my time staying here! The host was great and the home was clean and tidy. I didn’t get a chance to enjoy the area as much as I would have liked to so I hope to get back to Newport in the near future to hopefully get out a bit more but I will certainly keep this location in mind for a future visit. Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to come back to and relax and rest/unwind.

We loved our stay at the Belle Chateau. It was just as described and a beautiful getaway from the summer heat! Everything you could need the owners have thought of and have written out for you. We loved that they included the car pass for the parks for our use. Flo was a wonderful host and a great communicator. The location is perfect and we loved being able to walk to Indian Gardens in the morning and just relax in the various outdoor spaces around the house and near the creek.

This is a beautifully decorated property. Appealing inside and out. Just as pictured online. Landscaping is very nice and can be enjoyed from the deck. Great parking area too. Situated perfectly to everything you would want to visit during a stay. Would stay here again and recommend to others to do the same.

Our stay was at Michael’s was perfect for what we needed! Me, my infant, and mom fit perfectly in this one bedroom and I was able to get around to other activities we were in town for. Would definitely recommend for anyone taking a peek!

This apartment met all of our needs for our 1 week stay. It was impeccably clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything necessary to fix a meal. The outdoor space was absolutely wonderful with a deck, wicker furniture and table/chairs/umbrella for eating outdoors. The deck overlooked Diane’s and Michael’s lovely garden with tulips and daffodils. Coffee on the Deck while we planned our day each morning was so relaxing. We could not have chosen a better accommodation.was so relaxing

We appreciated how tidy and fresh the space felt for us to re-energize. We could have made a meal. We walked to a beach and breakfast no sidewalks but traffic seemed aware of pedestrians.

Perfect for our family. Nice, safe neighborhood, beautiful setting. The kitchen & bathroom were updated and very nice. (Bathroom especially was huge) Really nicely decorated and very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was wonderful! House was clean and pretty, comfortable furniture and bed. Hosts were super helpful and friendly, even offering us fresh tomatoes from their garden. Wonderful recommendations and a binder of helpful attractions and reviews of all the town has to offer which is a lot! Would love to come back and stay again!

Apt is attached to house (like an in law). Clean, comfortable bed, nice little outdoor porch. Park in driveway close to the door which is convenient. Lovely convenient to attractions. Just wish they had a kureg or something. Wanted a cup of coffee on the porch and forgot to bring some. The place had a full kitchen though.

We visited Newport for a wedding. The property is in a great neighborhood, separate entrance with drive. Inside is well done and well kept. You can Uber anywhere in Newport downtown in minutes. The hosts were wonderful. Kurt & Jean

Michael and Diane were kind and accommodating hosts. The apartment was perfect for our needs and a perfect location for me to bike everywhere. It was updated and had lovely touches...and a beautiful garden to enjoy!

A spectacular property, insight and out! Extremely clean and neat, beautifully furnished and well-stocked, and the outside deck and and additional seating area among the lovely flowers was an added bonus. It’s close enough to town but far enough away from the hustle and bustle and is nestled in a very peaceful area. The owner was accommodating and very easy to reach, and he even reached out to me the day of our check-in to let us know we could arrive a couple of hours early. Highly recommend this little gem; you won’t be disappointed!
