Stayed May 28, 2023Excellent location and beautiful property as the base to see Lake Como. Diego has been so helpful and providing updates of the train disruption due to the recent landslide before our arrival. Christian was also very attentive and thorough on the information about the attractions around the area. Thank you and Looking forward to come back!

Stayed Apr 24, 2022Villa Monti is absolutely beautiful and accurate to the photos. Room was immaculate and furnishings appeared to be very new. The view from your terrace over Lake Como is world-class; the villa is just a very short walk away from the town of Varenna, so it’s very quiet but also convenient. there is a full flight of steps to get to the door from the street. Varenna is very small and the few shops for necessities may close for afternoon break, so be sure to plan for that if you need anything like coffee, milk, juice, bakery. (Tea and instant coffee are provided.) Hosts are very knowledgeable and can help you with anything. Enjoy your stay in this storybook setting!

Stayed Jun 12, 2019Perfect place for a couple. Comfortable, fully equipped, and breathtaking views from your private verandah. Christian and Ricco were very helpful in getting us settled in and making arrangements for us from dinner reservations, laundry service, transportation etc. A truly magical place.
