A bedroom with a double bed can be found on the 2nd floor. Inthis tranquil and sunny lake view spot planted with olive trees guests can enjoy a family BBQ or sunbathe on the sun loungers provided. A basement utility room with WC and washing machine is also situated and stairs lead to the ground floor entrance level.

To this floor guests can enjoy the main open plan living and dining area which features a modern kitchen diner with a newly fitted kitchen perfectly equipped for a self-catering stay with a electric gas hob and oven, a dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster and drip coffee machine. Access to a lawn provides an additional alfresco dining area perfect for the warm summer months.
The first floor provides guests with a spacious open plan living and dining area with SAT TV and facing double French doors which lead out to a splendid sunny lake view balcony terrace equipped with outdoor dining furniture. To the second floor a spacious double bedroom with two single beds which can be put together if desired features as well as a spacious modern bathroom with power shower, washbasin, WC and bidet.

The quaint village provides a grocery shop, tennis courts, cafes and a selection of very good authentic restaurants along its idyllic tree-lined lakefront, which is admired worldwide for its romantic appeal from Hollywood film stars to Europe’s social-elite.
