Newport - Exclusive Renfrew Park Beach House Waterview Apartment, Central A/C

The apartment was clean and quiet. Would definitely consider using this property again. I didn't notice if this was mentioned in the property info but it may make a difference to some people that this apartment is on the 3rd floor and there are stairs to climb. No problem for us. Also the control for the heat is not in the apartment but I will say the home owner was more than accommodating when we texted her for changes in the apartment temperature. Great location and a very comfortable place to stay!

This property was beautiful. The area is beautiful. The experience was beautiful. Everything was clean, accessible, and cozy. The host was wonderful! Very accommodating and easy to communicate with. It was the perfect stay for a little weekend in Newport!

Celebrated a magical birthday with family at this perfect seaside getaway. Everything we could possibly need was at our fingertips. We walked to Easton's Beach, to Flo's. my favorite clam shack. Easy drive to Sachuest (aka Second) my favorite beach, stopped at Sweetberry Farm, another favorite, en route. Easy drive to the center of Newport or Bellevue Avenue/Ocean Drive. Deb was rapid-fire responsive to questions about kid-friendly dining (other family members stayed at a hotel but I was happier at Deb's).

Very cute and quiet. 3 minute walk to beach. A lot of amenities. Great hostess.

Stayed at this lovely home on a quiet street with beach views to participate in Newport Marathon minutes away at beautiful Easton’s beach. Deb was a wonderful host and had everything needed for a fabulous weekend! Highly recommend!!

It was a great place for my daughter and I to spend the night. We were in town for a conference so we only slept there. The owner was very easy communicate with and accommodating. A great place for a couple to rent. The kitchenette was convenient. She offered water, tea, coffee. I would definitely rent again.

Beautiful space. Had everything we needed with cups, fridge, and a bottle opener. Also ample towels. Great location- about 7 or 8 minutes from Newport. Thank you Deb for the wonderful stay

Great Location

Amazing location, cozy space for 2-4, and tremendously accommodating host! Deb and her rental property are the best option for a long weekend in Middletown/Newport and we can’t thank her enough!

Very conveniently located property in short walking distance to the beach - lots of space in the apartment which even included 2 bedrooms. Deb was also a great host and communicator!

We were met by the kind owner who graciously showed us around the cozy top floor apartment and gave us her mobile number in case we needed anything. The special touches; plenty of coffee pods, bottled waters and half and half in the fridge, lots of towels, is more than what other VRBO’s offer. Location is great, pretty and quiet neighborhood, 5 min walk to multiple restaurants and the beach. 9 Uber (2 mile) ride to downtown Newport. Really enjoyable visit.

It was my boyfriend and I’s first time visiting Newport and I’m so glad I found this listing! Easton Beach is right around the block and Second Beach is about a 5 minute drive. Both super convenient to get to and Bowen’s wharf is also only a 10 minute drive. Felt like we were in a great location and the apartment was just like it was shown in the photos, super clean and organized! Deb was also lovely and easy to communicate with if we ever needed anything. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay! The apartment is comfortable, clean, and in a great location. Check in was simple and communication was easy. Had everything we needed for a weekend away.

Deborah’s place is perfect for a Newport stay and is very close to both Easton’s beach (few minute walk) and Second beach (15 minute walk). The place itself was very clean and had a bathroom, sitting area, small kitchen, and two bedrooms. Deborah was also very accommodating and easy to communicate with

Return visitor as I knew Deborah goes above and beyond in hospitality. Beautiful home, immaculate and easy drive to beaches, restaurants, and the Bellevue Ave mansions. We’ll be back!

The accommodations were adorable, immaculate, and thoughtful in details. The location allow us to walk to the east end of the Cliff Walk and a number of restaurant options. Lovely stay and lovely host.

This is a great location, great owner and a very cute apartment. Super clean. The owner was very responsive both before and during but we are over 70. The stairs are very narrow and there are three flights; the owner provided help getting our luggage up the stairs which was great. The carpet (short shag), although clean, must have triggered my allergies, because I got an immediate headache (normal when I have an allergic reaction) so we had to make other plans. I can see younger people or families staying here and having a great time. It is so close to everything in Newport. It just wasn't the right place for us this trip.

Deborah was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions I had! When I arrived, she provided me with some nice restaurant recommendations and mentioned the beach down the street as well as the outdoor shower right next to the apartment entrance. The rental was cute, cozy and quiet! Perfect for relaxing after a big event like a wedding. There was coffee and water bottles for me in the kitchenette area, extra blankets in the closet, and a nice living room area where I caught up on some work. Beautiful view of the water from the bedroom window, I had caught a nice glimpse of it at sunrise. I’d absolutely stay here again!

This house is only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The host is great. She gave us excellent restaurant suggestions and was always helpful.

Super friendly host, very close to everything!

This was a wonderful apartment for my short vacation in RI. It was close to everything - good food, the beach and Cliff Walk. Deborah was wonderful - so helpful and nice. My only wish would be to have a thermostat in the apt. Deborah was great about keeping the place cool when needed and quick to respond. I would stay here again in a minute. Oh and most important the beds were very comfortable.

I love the location of this unit. Quiet neighborhood but less than 5 min walk to Easton Beach and good restaurants. Very easy drive to Thames and the mansions. It’s a small place but perfect size for us. Deb makes herself available for questions and gave great recommendations. We’ve already rebooked for next year!

The place was clean and charming, the extra amenities were above and beyond and so appreciated. The apartment is in a quiet, walkable area, so close to the water. We would definitely stay again!

Deborah was one of the most gracious hosts I have encountered during all my years of using VRBO. She answered all questions and made fantastic restaurant and food recommendations. One was more delicious than the next! My friend and I were celebrating our 60th. We enjoyed sitting outside in her spacious backyard, sleeping in the comfy beds and taking a five minute walk to the beach. Her home is close to the Cliff Walks and the downtown area. If ever lucky enough to get back to that area-I will stay here again!

The apartment was bigger and nicer than ad leads you to believe.
