Located in a beautiful location in Viale Dante Alighieri halfway between the center of Finalmarina, the beaches (500 meters) and the medieval village of Finalborgo, comfortable and spacious apartment, renovated in May 2018.
The apartment is located on the third and last floor of the building (with elevator), recently renovated and furnished in a modern and welcoming way that offers all the comforts and services necessary to make your stay pleasant and memorable. The apartment is equipped with air condition.
The house is very practical and bright.
The apartment is for max. 4 people and consists of
- 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.

- 1 fully equipped and newly renovated bathroom with shower and washing machine
- living area: living area with sofa and TV and fully equipped kitchen area with dishwasher and table for 4 people
- 2 balconies adjacent to kitchen and bedroom
The apartment has been recently restored and furnished with care and taste.

The communication from the owner and property manager was excellent and very fast. This apartment was by far the cleanest of all of our month-long Italy travels. The location was good for it’s placement between the beach and Finalborgo. Grazie!
