Penthouse with Sea View Balcony

Our stay at Casa Barbara was wonderful. David was super helpful, recommending great places to dine and helped out finding a great mountain bike shop/guide. The apartment was clean and very spacious. The view from the balcony is stunningly beautiful. I can highly recommend Casa Barbara and hopefully will be back sometimes myself. Patricia

Very nice and quiet residence on top of Finale Ligure. Our appartment gave magnific sight on the sea. David and his Family, Host of the residence are very friendly and always helpfull when needed. Reach the beautifull see and its Bagna or public beach needs only 5-10 min by walking. Supermarket and many good and afordable Restaurants are nearby. I will strongly recommend to spend holidays by David and his familly's residence.

It's a great apartment with an awesome view! Once I found the place it was very easy to get in and out. Plenty of parking spaces too, which you don't find very often in a small town like that. The town is beautiful and it's got plenty of restaurants and a nice grocery store that has pretty much everything. I went to Finale Ligure for rock climbing and I was not dissapointed, a lot of rock in within 20 minutes driving distance. I'm planing to go back next year!

Very nice, spacious, airy and clean apartment, all brand new, ideal with our kids of 4 and 1 year old because easy to overview, childsafe wiring and no decorational objects at all. Really nice and uncomplicated the friendly proprietors David and Barbara. The view is absolutely amazing, and the balcony safe even with small kids. All kitchen utilities were new and clean, bathroom and shower really nice. The walk downhill and up to the village center takes only 5-10 minutes, and was well manageable with the baby buggy. Rumours from the apartment next door are clearly audible, in our case no problem because there was a family with a baby on the other side as well, but might be somewhat difficult if schedules and lifestyle are very different. If returning to this area in future, we will certainly return here ourselves.

I spend a week with my children in the roomy, clear and functional appartment with sunny balcony, and we felt very well. The description given on homelidays is corresponding exactly with reality. In summertime, with smaller children, may be it could be a bit tiring to walk the 10 minutes up the hill. The reward will be a nice and quiet place and a beautiful view over town and sea.
