Independent unit with private entrance & a private parking space.
Secure bike storage attached to the property.

''Quiet hours'' are from 11 PM onwards as the guesthouse is attached to the main house which is occupied by an older couple who are in bed by midnight. No parties, please.

-Heating
There is a modern heating system to keep the house warm in wintertime & air conditioning in the living room to keep you cool during summer.
Note that for Autumn/Winter bookings, there is a €10-€25 charge per day for heating.

-Injuries & Damages
We are not liable for the damages, theft, or loss of guest items.
Property Manager is not liable for any guest injuries sustained during their stay and when on the property. Please be attentive with children playing outdoors and indoors.

-COVID-19
By making a reservation, you are acknowledge that you and all guests fully understand that COVID-19 is highly contagious, and that although the host, Pillows and Castles (and Villa Parodi) is taking reasonable efforts to mitigate contamination risks, all risk of exposure cannot be fully eliminated. As such, guests are assuming the inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 by visiting and/or staying at our property or any other place of public accommodation. Guests hereby waive and release the host, property owner, property manager and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries and employees from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, actions or costs directly or indirectly arising from or in connection with potential or actual exposure to COVID-19 at our property including, but not limited to, any illness, injury, loss of work, loss of wages, trauma, emotional distress, medical expenses or death suffered in connection therewith.
