Cozy little place. Be careful getting out of the shower/bathtub. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice washer & dryer.

I loved this little place. Very clean, comfy bed. Perfect for solo traveling. The management was very responsive to any needs/requests and they were very kind. The neighborhood felt very safe. I spent most of my time out and about but it was nice to come back to a comfortable bed. I appreciate the lovely stay!

The apartment was clean. However the tub in the bathroom is way too high off the floor. You have to climb in and out. There are no grab bars. This makes it very dangerous.

Loved this place and it matched the description and photos exactly. First off, parking was really easy. I was able to park directly in front each day. Next, the kitchen was well appointed and had everything I needed to make breakfast in the mornings and dinner a couple of nights. The bed was comfy and there was almost no outside noise so I slept well. One thing to be aware of is that the ceilings are a little low in the shower. I am 6' 3 and was able to stand up straight, but if I had been a few inches taller I would have had to hunch over while I showered. The location is great. I found it to be an easy walk to downtown shops and restaurants. All in all I would stay here again if I am ever back in Kingston.

I was in the area for business and this was a very cute place to stay. There were a few minor hiccups and the customer service was fantastic. I would recommend and would stay again!!

Nice one bedroom/studio in a cute residential neighborhood in Kingston. Walkable (approx 10 minutes) to uptown Kingston/stockade district. Very close to coffee, restaurants and shops. Perfect for 1 or 2 people. Everything as described and great communication from the host. We’d stay again.

The Fair Street studio was nicely appointed, and spotless. It made a great base for touring the Hudson Valley. One thing we really appreciated was the nicely appointed kitchenette. It allowed us the make breakfast there and save some money. It was the perfect size for two people. I would definitely stay here again.
