Stayed Jul 13, 2025This is a great property. Perfect for a couple as it’s an efficiency type apartment. Very nicely remodeled and up to date. Located in a great location in downtown Midway. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Great place to explore the Bourbon trail as it’s a short drive to Lexington and Frankfort. Joe was a great host and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Sep 22, 2024I love this studio apartment. I stayed one week and then extended it 4 more days. It is comfortable and has everything you could ever need. The location was perfect for trying out the local restaurants, I tried them all. I even saw the acupuncturist right next door and that experience was delightful, and helpful. I hope to stay here again for future visits

Stayed Sep 28, 2023What a fantastic place to stay while visiting my daughter. The hosts are fantastic and made the place feel like home. Right in downtown Midway with easy access to the highway for a short trip to Lexington.
