General Living

Quiet Hours (10 PM): As this is a townhouse community with neighbors close by, please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. If smoking outside, please ensure no cigarette butts are left in the yard.

Furniture: Please do not rearrange large furniture. We want you to relax, but please be mindful of food and drinks on the upholstery.

Massage Chair: Please treat the massage chair with care so future guests can enjoy it too!

Parking

2 Cars Max: Parking is available in the driveway for 2 cars maximum. Please use the dedicated spots.

No Street Parking: Please do not park on the street or lawn.

Extra Vehicles: If you need parking for more than 2 cars, please contact the Property Manager before arrival to see if arrangements can be made.

Trash & Recycling

Yellow Bags: We use the Middletown `Pay-As-You-Throw` system. All general trash must be placed inside the designated Yellow Bags.

Recycling: Recyclables go loose into the standard recycling bin (do not use yellow bags for recycling).

Bin Location: Trash bins are located outside.

Outdoor Living

Outdoor Kitchen & BBQ: Feel free to use the grill! Please clean the grate and cover it after use.

Fire Pit: If you use the fire pit, please ensure the fire is completely extinguished before going inside or leaving the property.

Pet Safety: The yard is fenced, but please double-check that gates are latched before letting dogs out.

Pet Policy We love our furry friends!

Furniture Free: Please keep pets off the furniture and beds.

Clean Up: Please pick up after your dogs in the yard immediately.

    The host always responded to dQuestions before and during stay. Great accommodations, comfy beds, well stocked. Would be great in the warmer weather as backyard has a nice setup.

    Great location in terms of proximity to town, ease of getting to beach, and parking spaces, but it is currently on an active construction site so there was some noise associated with that in the mornings. Newly renovated bathroom with fancy shower, and had clearly been cleaned. Great backyard space that was a lot of fun to hang out in. However, there were a lot of fruit flies inside the apartment both upstairs and downstairs, the pull-out couch appeared to have unchanged sheets on it, and there appeared to be dog poop that had just been left in the backyard.The host was responsive and offered to send a cleaning crew when I brought this to his attention.

    Very comfortable sleep with comfortable beds and great pillows. Also, the neighborhood was very quiet. The fenced in yard for the dog was also perfect. We did not use the outdoor furniture as no time, since we only stayed there for one night.

    Check in was easy!! Had very nice accommodations. Some great added features in the bathroom.Quick to respond to a water problem that we had.I would suggest a little cleanup for the yard area and the walk to the back door. Needs some attention to detail. Could be a lovely outdoor space. And would suggest a mirror in another room for our guests that are getting ready for an event.We had a lovely stay. It was close to downtown Newport and beaches.

    My girlfriends and I decided to take a trip to Newport in June of 2025 and this was the perfect venue for the trip. The unit was in a great area in Middleton (5-10 min) drive to all of the major hot spots in the area and gave us the perfect amount of space for our downtime between exploring all the area has to offer. The 3 bedrooms worked out great for the 3 of us, but the house would also work for a family or several couples. Bryan, the host, graciously offered some great recommendations for restaurants and bars for us to check out and we also took advantage of some of the great state park trails and the infamous Cliff Walk. In addition, we had a furbaby with us, and he loved roaming the fenced in yard (as pictured). The kitchen was well-appointed with lots of cooking utensils, however, we didn't take much advantage of this, but is a great option should that be a need. And the bathroom had some high-end steam and other technologies to give yourself a more spa-like experience.Would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking to spend some time in the area.
