Marnie is a modern top floor duplex apartment with its own private (heated for a small fee) swimming pool and terrace. With stunning views of Kalkan bay and the mountains. It benefits from an excellent central location for the town. Just step outside the front door and you have supermarkets, butchers, bakers, greengrocers, everyday shops & cafes all within a 2 minute walk. This is an ultra convenient location, set back enough from the main street toalso be quiet and relaxing and only a 3 minute stroll into the old town, with many bars and restaurants & shops.

Marnie has a parking space for 1 car, and on street parking in Kalkan is free, however a car isn’t necessary due to the excellent location of the apartment, if required we can organise airport transfers for you from Dalaman or Antalya airports.

Marnie is also located close to bus and taxi ranks to explore the area, including Patara beach which is one of the worlds top 10 beaches! You can also explore the area by boat from the harbour with daily trips.

Inside Marnie there is a main open plan living room on the upper floor, which opens out onto the poolside sun terrace. Also on this floor you will find a double bedroom with en-suite shower bathroom. On the lower floor are two very spacious bedrooms with big windows and sliding doors out onto the balconies. On this floor is a shower bathroom to share & a washing machine.

Outside is a shaded comfy dining area with table for 6 and a built in stone BBQ. By the pool are 4 comfortable sun beds. There is a choice of sun or shade throughout the day. By the pool is a getaway space for 2 people for extra peace and quite with cushions and pillows.

Marnie is ideally suited to families, friends or couples.

We welcome children aged 10 and above. Please contact me for further information. Care needs to be taken around the pool edge and the top of the stairs in the living room with Children. It is stepped access to the apartment.

    We have recently returned from an amazing holiday at Apartment Marnie. The booking process and communication with the owner was excellent. The property manager introduced himself on our arrival and was available should we have any queries/issues, which we didn't. The property has everything you need was clean and well set out and the bed was really comfy. The outside area was amazing, with lovely views over Kalkan and the sea. We had the pool heated and this made it a lot more useable during May. Although the apartment is positioned just off the main road near The Lime Bar we were not disturbed by any noise. The position of the property gave easy access to many supermarkets and it was a quick and easy stroll down to the top Taxi Rank and if you stayed at the top of the old town it was an easy walk back. The cost of a taxi from the harbour was 200TL. We love Kalkan and have stayed numerous times, we would have no hesitation in returning to this apartment in the future. Thank you Chris and Carly

    The apartment is really recommendable. Great location if you want to be right in the action. The equipment is complete and well maintained. We were particularly pleased with the water dispenser and the pool, with a view, which is directly accessible from the living room. Price performance is really good here. We would love to come back.

    The property was lovely and suited us. Lovely views of the bay and town. It was nice to visit out of season although this meant many restaurants and shops in the old in particular were closed. However this did not influence our enjoyment of the place.

    Apartment is stunning - as described, good air con, close to everything. Balcony is amazing. Walk from main streets is no problem, walk up from beach is steep so stop off for a drink, shop, icecream half way. Close to shops restaurants bars. Very helpful owner.

    Stayed for 7 nights at the end of July into August. Apartment is in a great location for the old town, with just a 5min walk down the hill and you are at the shops and restaurants. Close enough and just off the main road and not too noisy at all. A few steps up to the apartment entrance via the shared pathway to some of the other apartments in the same block. Not overlooked to the rear where the pool and balcony area is. Didn't use the bedroom balconies as the view is not so interesting. The 3 bedrooms are large with comfy beds and aircon and bathrooms are both clean and modern. Plenty of space in the kitchen and living room area, with everything you need for your stay and no need to buy anything (like dishwasher tablets, wash powder, bin bags). A welcome food pack was also provided with teabags, milk, bread, crisps, coffee, wine, nuts, jam which was great for breakfast for a few days. The balcony area was great for the 4 of us, facing down to the old town and sea in the distance and gets the sun all day. Chris the owner was very responsive with some of my queries and also Vildan the local management agent helped with a few things too, like water cooler bottle replacement and putting us in touch with a local hotel for a day-room on the last day while we waited for a late transfer to the airport. All in all a great apartment, great location, and great service. Would definitely go again if we went back to Kalkan, either with family or another couple(s).

    Four pals who visit Kalkan every year. Having stayed in hotels for many years this was our first in an apartment. Marnie was perfect. Spacious, comfortable, clean and bright and in a perfect location. Wonderful outside space and pool. Fantastic communication with owner, pre holiday and with the local management team who were very helpful and kind during our stay… thank you Vildan . We had an amazing time in this beautiful apartment.

    We had a great stay at Marnie Apartment, which is very clean, modern and beautifully presented. Inside is spacious and well equipped and the rooftop terrace and pool have great sea views and sun all day long. The host was very responsive, friendly and patient (I like to ask lots of questions even down to where did you buy some of your decor - couldn't have been any more helpful). Equally the management team in resort were just as good. Thanks for a lovely stay!

    Apt Marnie is a spacious beautifully furnished and well equipped apartment perfectly situated within a few minutes walk to supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The private pool and sunbathing area has beautiful views to both the sea and mountains and the perfect dining area for enjoying breakfast, lunch and pre dinner drinks in the evening. I would have no hesitation in recommending Apt Marnie to anyone planning a holiday in Kalkan.
