Lovely new above-garage apartment

Perfect spot for walking to everything in Frankfort, including the beach.

Nice new apartment in residential area only a few blocke from downtown and the beach. Arrival was awkward as the owner (nice lady who lives in the house at front of property) was not expecting us. I recommend frequent communication with the owner before arrival and reminders how long you'll be staying

The key wasn't there, we got in but someone else had the key. A little unsettling. The apartment was beautiful, but we didn't have TV or internet most of the time. We knew it was going to be rainy, so planned movies. Couldn't do that. And the owner was not good with technology or communication. We planned a girls weekend and we had it, but it was not a planned and could have been great! Would suggest finding someone who is familiar with technology to help the owner.

The unit was delightful. Clean and comfortable in good repair. Location is superb, walkable to the beach and downtown. Washer and dryer are a big plus.

Second time staying here. Just as great as the first. We will be back again next year.

Excellent accommodations, location and host.

Apartment was beautiful and exactly as described, you can tell there was thought put into the design with guests in mind. Check in was simple with instructions ahead of time for the keyless entry and check out was a breeze.

A new, nicely furnished appointment in a great location in Frankfort. The host was great and easy to communicate with.

Close to waterfront

This apartment above a double garage was exceptionally well designed and built. It was so clean and even smelled like new paint and carpet. All appliances were high end Samsung--refrigerator with Alexa panel on the door, glass top range with double oven including an air fryer. Beautiful cabinets and island have granite countertops. AC can be controlled by room.

We usually stay on the water, this year we went to this in town above garage apartment and really enjoyed the change. Newly refinished and clean. Great location.

Very comfortable place for a family vacation. Close to both the beach and the shopping district.
