Stayed Jul 12, 2024The condo was great, and you can’t beat the location! It was nice to have the garage access as well. There were beach towels, two beach chairs, and a beach umbrella, which was a bonus but I wish I had know ahead of time so I didn’t pack mine from home. Kitchen amenities were awesome as well! I could see the stairs being problematic for certain people, but not for able bodied visitors. My two complaints…1) Trash was left in the master from previous guests. Not much, but the cleaning crew could have paid more attention to detail. 2) It was noisy when we were trying to sleep (swing set at night and trash collection and gardeners in the mornings)

Stayed Apr 29, 2024We had a wonderful stay in this lovely condo in Avila Beach. It's a great location, right in town, near shops and restaurants, and next to the beach. It's clean, well stocked with everything we needed (including a full kitchen, and washer and dryer), and well maintained.

Stayed Aug 14, 2023The condo was good. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we have ever seen in all of our VRBO rentals. Much appreciated that. Would have liked to have seen black out blinds on the bedroom window as the outside lights from the business across the walkway was very bright and the blinds were very thin making the bedroom bright. Kind of hard to sleep. Great location for walking to the restaurants and shopping.

Stayed Aug 5, 2023Well appointed. Just don’t understand the cleaning part before departure. You tend not to use anything (coffee maker, glasses, etc) since you have to clean up. I thought I was on vacation including household chores!
