We had a fabulous stay for my husband's birthday. Ivy's way was cosy and comfortable with everything you needed. The location is fantastic, what a view! Just a short drive to the town and lots of super walks. We enjoyed seeing the goats and highland cows wandering about from the decking.

Compact, bijou and absolutely gorgeous. We were blessed with fine weather when we visited. The views are amazing. Went into Rhayader for lunch but apart from that spent all our time at the site. Red Kites, highland cows galore, would definitely recommend staying here. It’s a get away in heaven.

Lovely accommodation, the hut was always warm and toasty, perfect after a wet day outside. Has everything you need for a cosy stay. Plenty to do in the locality. The town of Rhaeadr is 5 minutes away and has everything you need, including a butcher and a whole foods shop for your breakfast staples, cheese, dairy and more. The coop is also nearby. My only complaint is the lack of a manual for how to set the microwave/grill and such things. Otherwise it was a lovely stay, really managed to relax, the site although busy was quiet enough and there was plenty of room for my dog to run around the enclosure around the shepherds hut.

What a beautiful stay, with views that were picturesque. Ivy’s way was clean and tidy with the added touch of the lovely sweet treats. (They went down a storm) our four legged companion enjoyed the run around the paddock while me and my fiancé spent quality time in the hot tub and watching the sun set. We plan to come again with more family members in the near future. Thankyou for an relaxing stay

We stayed at Ivy’s way for two nights.. but could’ve stayed longer! The cosy shepherds hut set in such a relaxing peaceful location was just what we needed to switch off and recharge soaking in the hot tub. Lovely walks, and only 2miles into Rhyader for a lush breakfast in The Lost Arc. Ivy's way was spotlessly clean, well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay .. we will definitely be staying again! Thank you

We stayed at Ivy’s Way at the Views for 2 nights. The minute we arrived, we wish we’d have booked longer! The shepherds hut was perfect, and had all the essentials needed for a short break - kitchenette, with tea, coffee and sugar and some gorgeous caramel waffles and a small bathroom! Other essentials included a tea towel, washing up liquid, bin bags, toilet roll and towels. We loved the hot tub and found this really easy to use, appreciating it being prepared in advance so we could use this on our first night. The log burner was a lovely addition. Although, we found the shepherds hut to be warm enough that we didn't need to use it for long. Our energetic cockapoo loved the enclosed garden and being able to run around freely. We were fortunate with the weather so were able to enjoy lunch sat on the decking, and spent time watching the highland cows. We found the bed to be comfortable and now need to buy the same bedding and pillows for our bed at home - so soft! Our stay was perfect. Although there are other shepherds huts nearby, it still felt really private and tranquil. We will definitely be booking another stay in the future and have already recommended The Views to our friends and family! Thank you

Just a perfect little spot and gorgeous property! Was very clean. We loved every part of the stay and even better we could take the dog with us! The only thing we would say and its out of the owners hands is that it’s a shame the only way to walk into the centre is on the main road because of how fast the cars drive up.

Good stay, comfy beds and a cute pod. The pod was a lot smaller than it looked on camera and a lot closer to the other pods. I would’ve liked just a bit more privacy in the hot tub as can see others around. Also would’ve liked either an earlier check in as 4pm is quite late and dark by the time you get there
