Historic Victorian - 2 Bedroom Home with Parking off Main Street

Great location. Clean and comfortable. Only hiccups were the check in which got fixed by the time I arrived. And I couldn't figure out the living room TV. Bedroom TV was fine.Will stay there again for sure

The furnace was out when we arrived, and we weren’t warned beforehand. The hosts had set out space heaters, which took most of the first night to catch up. We spent our stay playing Goldilocks with the heaters, but with the outside temps in the 20s at night it was definitely an uncomfortable stay. We did not feel it was worth the price.

The home was amazing. We ran into the property managers while in town and they were so nice and accommodating. I will definitely recommend this place and stay here again in the future!

This home was absolutely perfect! It was exactly what we were looking for and had everything we needed. The location was incredible, and the house itself was so charming and spotlessly clean. We especially loved that the beds were comfortable—a huge plus! Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish.

Home had everything we needed and was the perfect location, just steps away from the shops and restaurants on Miner Street.

Host was very responsive to a need for early check-in, and the home was very beautiful. Easy walking to anything you want to do on the main street in town. Lovely experience all around and everyone had a good time.

Cozy and cute historic little place right in the heart of downtown Idaho Springs. Just steps from the shops and restaurants and easy access to I-70. Great hospitality and would recommend!

Loved our stay! Property was very clean and equipped with every amenity from kitchen to bathroom (dishwasher, spices, washer/dryer, hairdryer, patio with chairs, and more). Just a few blocks from downtown restaurants and shops and 1/2 mile from grocery store. Easy access to Interstate. Went to Red Rocks concert and it was easy travel. Clean property with great location! Hosts were fantastic!

Charming, well-equipped home conveniently located within walking distance from restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Private, off street parking just a few steps from the back porch with easy entry access was a huge bonus. Idaho Springs is a friendly, vibrant town and this house is great place to begin your explorations.

Great central place to stay. One block from the cute old downtown. Amazing hiking in all directions from Idaho Springs. Golden Gate Canyon was our favorite hike (Mountain Lion trail). Place was clean and kitchen well stocked.

It is really an apartment in a building with another unit. Could hear other unit sometimes. Only rear access off alley. Tight parking for big vehicle. Can park second vehicle in neighborhood but had to ask about it due to restrictions. Very nice and clean. Quality beds, linens, furniture, etc. would staucWalk to downtown is nice. C

We've stayed here twice and will again if we return to the area. Super easy, very nice. Idaho Springs is a gem. Access to all sorts of amazing recreational activities. Highly recommend.

Great little rental! Location was amazing and the space was cozy and had everything we needed.

We couldn't find a place for the family that made sense in Golden for Colorado School of Mines' Friends & Family weekend, so we decided to try this VRBO. The apartment is very well equipped, I was sad we didn't cook much more than toast there, the beds were spectacular, and it was very comfortable. We just used it as a base to go to Golden, and it felt closer than we expected. Adults had done been to Idaho Springs before, so knew how charming the town is, and had done the Argo Mine tour but not the kids. They (10, 13) loved it even more than we had! If you book this VRBP, make sure to look at the photos to see where your parking space/the house entry is, we somehow missed that and it took a half second to figure out, but that was a result of my not reading the emails.

We had a nice stay, and I’d be okay renting this place again, however, it was missing some of the little things that other STRs have had that you don’t notice unless they aren’t there. Only one bath towel was set out in the bathroom, and no wash cloths were set out. The lint compartment in the clothes dryer was not emptied before our check-in. Two unpackaged soap pods were set on top of the clothes washer. Presumably, they were for the clothes washer (rather than the dish washer), but I hadn’t used that kind before so it would have been nice if the packaging/instruction would have been included. Who knows? Maybe I washed my clothes with dish detergent! There were no nose tissues to be found, so we were using toilet tissue for that. There’s only one actual hook in the bathroom because towels slide off the accordion thing on the door, so more/better towel hooks would be helpful. There was no food wrap, aluminum foil, or baggies in the kitchen. Also, the ‘Bonanza’ sign referenced in the check-in instructions was missing.

We stayed at the property for a wedding and it was perfect! The location was close to everything, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make dinner & breakfast, plenty of towels and spacious. Would definitely stay here again if needed!

Convenient to downtown shops and restaurants - just be aware most are closed Tues/Wed. House was exactly as pictured. Owner/manager was extremely responsive.

The property was clean and well taken care of. The location can't be beat. Really liked that we were central to Idaho Springs and in really easy walking distance to all the shops and restaurants, not to mention easy driving distance to all kinds of outdoor adventures. I appreciated that the kitchen was nicely stocked. You don't always get that with rentals, but it had everything you'd need to cook some basic meals including little things like spices/cooking oil etc. The beds were comfy, and the property was nice and quiet despite being near downtown. I also appreciated that there were plenty of extra towels/blankets etc. Hosts were very easy to communicate with. I'd highly recommend this spot in Idaho Springs.

Everything was wonderful. We loved the house we loved the location. Very cozy and comfortable.. Only thing we were concerned with was the dirt.. Not really sure the place had been swept in a while.. The floors were filthy.. .. Bathroom seemed clean,.. Linens seemed cleaned but the floors were filthy.. Otherwise a wonderful stay…
