Tiny House - Rocky Mountain Livin '

Come experience what it's like to live small in our brand new tiny house. Perched 9,000 ft above sea level, our tiny home is high up in the Rockies. We're situated in a small mobile home park in Lawson, CO and surround by great hiking, fishing and some of the world's best skiing.

The space includes a living/dining area with a fold-up table; a full bathroom with clean towels and toiletries; and a kitchen stocked with dishes, a fridge and microwave. Please note: there is NO stove or ovenfor guest use. There is also an electric kettle, toaster and small slow cooker. The loft is equipped with a queen futon mattress, comfy pillows and warm blankets.

Guest access:
There is a smart TV and Bluetooth speaker available to use with your hotspot. Please note: there is NO wifi or Internet. But there is a Starbucks with free wifi about a mile down the road.

Interaction with guests:
We provide our guests with complete privacy, while staying available for questions via text or phone.

The neighborhood:
Our tiny house is located in an equally tiny trailer park perched on the side of a mountain. Our neighbors live in a diverse mixture of housing, including apartments, cabins, mobile and single family homes.

Getting around:
Getting around is easy with a convenient location right off of highway 70, in between Georgetown and Idaho Springs.

There is NO wifi Internet. But there is a smart TV and Bluetooth speaker to connect with your personal hotspot.
