This lovely log cabin has epic views of the mountains and valley from the living area and main bedroom, and was warm and comfortable in winter. The location was perfect—quiet and private, but only a few minute from the glacier trail and 25 minutes from downtown Idaho Springs. It was well-stocked with home comforts: cookware, condiments, and spices for making cozy meals and plenty of towels and blankets for cleaning up after a hike and cozying up.We will definitely be back to enjoy the porch overlooking the mountains, maybe with friends or relatives, or just us and our dogs!

The property was immaculate. I met the woman who turns the property over, and she did a great job and was so friendly as was her dog! I had one or two questions for the manager, and he was very easy to contact and was extremely helpful. Thank you, Ed and Khloe! I want to come back many times. It is a beautiful property.
