Great Ocean View / 1 house from beach / 2nd Floor Rental

Great stay!

This was a fantastic location, about 10 steps to the ocean! The place was immaculate. We had a great time.

We aimed to have a nice family vacation with our newborn and as long time renters of 1 house in LBI growing up it was scary to change locations. We were very happy we did. The house is far enough away from commotion but close enough to walk everywhere in town. Close to the beach with shorter dunes meaning a better view and sounds of the ocean. Family owned and easy to communicate with everyone involved. Maybe a little outdated compared to all the new mega mansions around but it certainly fit our needs. Very enjoyable stay.

This house was perfect for our young family. You can't beat the location and the house was clean and well appointed.

My kids and I had a wonderful time here! I’d love to book this property again. Great view of the ocean and just steps from the beach, and walking distance to all the main BH attractions. The owners were very communicative and helpful. Highly recommend. :)

My family had an absolutely fantastic time at this property! We all needed an escape after months of home stay and this trip did not disappoint. The location is ideal, and while it may not always be easy to schlep your luggage up a flight of stairs to a 2nd floor rental, it was SO worth it just for the view! The deck was a great place to watch the ocean waves in the morning and the stars at night. The rental is comfortable and well appointed, there was ample parking ( a must!), and the included badges meant we could all enjoy the the beach (literally just steps away) every day. The location is close to Bay Village and my teenaged daughter and her friends happily biked everywhere. Mike, the owner, is a great guy- personable and easy going- and we felt very welcomed. I really felt lucky to have found this gem still available for the week we wanted late in the season. Would highly recommend and would be happy to rent here again!

We couldn't have asked for a better beach house vacation. We woke each day to awesome ocean views and fell asleep each night to the sound of the waves, just about 100 yards away. The location, at the north end of Beach Haven, ensured that the beaches were a bit less crowded than a few blocks to the south, yet everything was within easy walking distance... and even easier by bike. The house has it all... 3 clean and neat BRs, big living area, WiFi, TVs, outside shower, grills, off street parking, laundry, etc, etc. The owners are great people and made us feel at home. We are looking forward to returning.
