Stayed Jul 30, 2025This was a good place to stay while my son was at a tournament at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The room was just as shown on the pictures, and the AC kept the room at a comfortable temperature.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My son and I enjoyed our time nestled in the hills. The room was neat, clean. The nights were peaceful and beautiful. The animals were fun to see. My older son was at Dreams Park and the ride is very quick. Fernwood was a home away from home with everything I needed for my stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Had everything I needed for a trip as a parent/fan of a child competing at Cooperstown Dream Park. Only about 10 minutes away, I could quickly get back to unwind after a long day at the ballfields, or have someplace to retreat to during rain delays and schedule changes that went on during the tournament. Also, just steps away from the gorgeous Lake Arnold, and with plenty of on-property animals to keep things interesting.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a great stay at Fernwood with amazing hosts. The room was perfect for us to travel back and forth to Dreams Park for games, or take a break and relax between them. It is a beautiful area.

Stayed Jun 9, 2023Leon is a great host and his setup had everything I needed to enjoy the week watching my son play at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The property is 10-12 minutes from the ball park so it was easy to run back to the room between games.
