Stayed Apr 3, 2025Host was great! Very communicative and had a cute welcome basket with snacks and some bath goodies waiting for us when we arrived. The host even brought a crib and a little basket of toys for our baby.Check in process was easy even at 3am. Location is exactly as described. Walking distance to the Greene and the Rec center that has a water park.Everything is exactly as pictured in the listing.Areas to improve would be less air fresheners, it seemed like there was a different one in every room. And make it very clear that this is a 3rd story apartment with no elevators. I wasn’t aware that this was a 3rd story apartment until the check in details were sent. Thankfully this wasn’t a problem for us and I liked the privacy of the 3rd floor.Overall the location is unbeatable, it’s a quiet building and the host was great, just keep in mind it’s 3rd story with no elevators.
