Cozy Guest Suite with Private Entrance

The property was very nice, clean, roomy, quiet . The only problem was the bed was very uncomfortable. We sank in the middle, as it was a memory foam, and it was hard to roll over or get out of it . Otherwise, excellent stay .

Perfect home base for a large tournament nearby at Spooky Nook; we had time to relax between games and events because we were so close.

This was a very clean and comfortable place to stay. It was also conveniently located close to spooky nook. The owners were good at communicating as well and were accessible if needed.

I liked that it felt like like a home away from home and the quietness and the fact it had a separate entrance.

Jane did a wonderful job with the property. Not only was it very cute, but it was clean and had everything you would need for a short stay. She was easy to communicate with and replied quickly. Hoping to stay again in the future!

This was our first VRBO stay and learned quickly we had nothing to worry about. The host was very communicative. It was a very very clean and functional room. The walk in closet was grand. The bathroom very pretty. Shower had good water pressure. The bed was comfortable. Very quiet. The tv was a very good and loved that it was so large, but as sr. citizens we had no clue how to operate it. Instructions left on the dresser might be helpful. Also, the steps because of rain and leaves were very slippery. Not deal breakers though! This beautiful room and location is very worth your visit.

The suite above the garage was beautiful. The noise from the adjoining house was not nice. Highly recommend installing sound proof walls.

The space was well decorated, meticulously cleaned, quiet, secure, and comfortable. We had a lovely stay and I would book again in a heartbeat if I was back in the area.

A lovely place to stay for our short vacation to Lancaster

This is a perfect apartment for a visit to the Lancaster area. Very clean and is exactly as shown in the pictures of the listing. Check-in and communication with Jane was seemless and the space felt like an oasis during our short trip to the area.

Beautiful, clean, private little apartment. 20 minutes outside Lancaster and right by the freeway. Host was responsive and kind. Highly recommend

The studio layout was well thought out and provided all that we needed for the two nights. Very quiet location in a beautiful neighborhood in close proximity to the two venues for our our nieces celebration. The only complaint we have, albeit very very minor, was figuring out what was available for TV viewing. Notwithstanding, we would definitely return for another stay.

This was a great place for a get-away. Very clean, in a quiet neighborhood. Convenient location to downtown Lancaster and also Lititz.

Jane’s suite is so welcoming! The neighborhood is quiet and the private entrance allowed us to come and go easily. The decor of the room was beautiful and we had everything we needed- from toiletries to snacks to extra blankets. Very inviting and cozy! Jane was a wonderful host who had great communication and was able recommend local spots for us to check out! A 20 minute drive from downtown Lancaster. Would love to stay again!
