Clean, Bright, Private Studio Apt. in Downtown Golden

Perfect space and location for walkability to all things Golden and short drive to concerts at Red Rocks. Host Jan thoughtfully provides everything you need for an effortless experience. We especially appreciated the reusable shopping bags; they were useful for tolling around town. Additionally useful were the blankets for a picnic lunch and seating at Red Rocks. Super clean space and comfortable bed. Would stay again.

Five stars, without hesitation. The location is ideal, an easy 10-minute walk into town. The studio itself is beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel really special. I felt completely safe and at ease the entire time. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything seamless. I loved every bit of this stay and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Perfect place to celebrate our 27 anniversary . The space was cozy , the bed super comfortable and that shower was fantastic . Location was close to everything - Boulder , Estees Park , red rocks. But Golden was magical . Great stay ! Highly recommend

The apartment is a very comfortable base from which to explore Golden, Red Rocks and the surrounding area. It is well maintained, clean and had everything needed for our stay. Jan, the owner, was terrific in making us feel comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

The Blue Goat exceeded our expectations in every area. This is a perfect getaway or vacation, or for one or two people. It’s obvious that Jan loves to host and goes up and beyond to make you comfortable. We never knew that staying in a “treehouse” was on our bucket loft but we loved it. Beautiful unit! Very clean and well equipped for cooking, lounging and anything else you want to do. Very comfortable bed, awesome water pressure in the shower and is perfect for a romantic getaway.

Beautiful, clean property within walking distance of Golden’s Main Street. The studio is bright and spacious and we were lucky to stay here in late October as the trees outside our window were stunning. Jan is a fantastic host and had clearly thought of everything her guests could need when it came to amenities. We would happily stay here again!

Great location in Golden, easy walk to breakfast. Very well equipped kitchen, although we only used it to warmup leftovers. The best water pressure in the shower with plenty of personal amenities provided in the bathroom should you need them. Appreciated the lighted steps up to the apartment in the evening. Jan was a wonderful host.

Perfect location just a short walk from downtown Golden, CSM Campus and the Clear Creek Trail. Quiet neighborhood, with a nice brewery just a couple of blocks over. Couldn't have been happier with our accommodations.

The Blue Goat is wonderful property. Great location in a quiet neighborhood yet just a 5 minute walk from downtown Golden. Very clean and perfect for a couples getaway. Jan is a great host who made sure we were accommodated despite a water line break at the main home that required extensive repairs in the middle of our stay. She took care of getting us relocated and was always communicating with us and giving us updates. We will book here again!!

Excellent location! Has everything needed for 1-2 people. Walking distance to downtown Golden and a beautiful creek with walking trails. Close to Red Rocks, easy drive to downtown Denver and Boulder.

Very nice property, convenient to downtown Golden, we have recommended to other family members that visit Golden regularly. We have family and friend in the area and would prefer to stay at the same property once again.

This is a roomy, bright studio with a lot of extra touches to add comfort and convenience. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware and appliances. The bed was very comfy. We enjoyed coffee on the deck in the mornings. And the proximity to downtown Golden was excellent. Jan was easy to get hold of when we had a question. My husband and I had a wonderful stay.

I have stayed at several different VRBO’s in Golden over the past five years but while they have all been nice in various ways I have to say that Jan’s place was absolutely the best overall. I think what really stuck out for me was the cleanliness of everything. I stayed three nights and I hope to return there during any future visits to my daughter.

Jan was a great host. She communicated with us very promptly. The apartment was very clean and well kept. Our favorite thing about the Blue Goat was location! We walked everywhere in Golden. We will definitely be back!

Cozy, and close to downtown Golden

We loved the location which was an easy walk to downtown Golden, and an easy drive to Red Rocks and Denver. Very clean and quiet, comfortable bed, and enjoyable balcony deck for relaxing. Highly recommend!

The property was very nice. Every detail was taken care of. The property had full size stove, refrigerator and washer/ dryer. They had a coffee maker with some fixings and a toaster. We went to the grocery store and cooked meals at the property and the owners had everything we needed to do that. Nice view of the mountain on the patio. Very close to downtown. Easy in and out. A stay.

Very private, convenient and comfortable. Near the world class Clear Creek Trail. Great communication with the host. By the 3rd night it felt like home!

This charming coach house even had our relatives who live in Golden raving about it. The location, the proximity to downtown, the cleanliness, the comfort, the mountain view, etc., etc., etc. You can’t go wrong staying here and Jan, the owner, is super friendly, helpful and a great communicator. Do yourself a favor and book your next visit to Golden here and kick back and feel like a local!

The location was great because it was a short walk to town but was in a cute private neighborhood. This VRBO has everything you will need it felt like being at home. Lots of natural light and very clean. We would definitely stay here again if we were visiting Golden again.

I've stayed here before and hope to again. It is adorable, spotless and provides all necessities. It a quick walk to downtoen along the trail by the creek. Owner is quick to respond if needed.
