Stayed Aug 11, 2025Great location with easy access to all the things to do in Cooperstown. Apartment was very clean. It has all the items that you need. Quiet area. Owners met us and were very helpful and had some nice touches to make the stay enjoyable. Would recommend staying at Apple Tree if you want easy access to Dream Parks and only 15 minutes from Cooperstown.

Stayed Aug 11, 2025A nice place that was exactly what we wanted. Relative quiet location. Access to food, restaurant across the street. Easy access to Dreamparks, 3 miles away. Cooperstown about 15 minutes. Units were in nice condition. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was in good shape. Kitchen was perfect, as we ate in the location most nights. For our needs, this is a great way to spend time in Cooperstown area. Definitely recommend Apple Tree.
