    Thank you to our hosts for our stay in their beautiful traditional apartment, equipped with everything you could possibly need.The balconies with panoramic views offered plenty of outside space, ideal for watching the sunset with a glass of wine.Best regards Chris and Maureen.

    We were all so happy with our stay - the area was great, close to the beach and calm neighbourhood. So much space inside and the views on the terrace was gorgeous. The home had everything we needed - thank you to our hosts!

    General Review: The hilltop apartment has one of the best views in town. It is a traditional, Portuguese homestead with the rental on the upper floorwhile the family matriarch lives on the first floor, a great lady! The entire family is very friendly! There are four terraces facing all directions, and huge well-maintained rooms. The cleaning, done weekly was perfection . Pros: Clean, great location, views, rooftop terrace Cons: Poor internet Wi-Fi service. It was brought to their attention numerous times but nothing was done to correct it. The kitchen is dated and needs upgrades i.e. appliances. ***Winter rental: This may not apply to all renters but I rented during the winter months and the apartment was cold, floors were freezing, doors are drafty. Warm socks and slippers are a necessity as only half of the apartment has heating. I believe the Portuguese accept this cold homes in the winter months but it did not carry over to me, being a North American, expecting warmth. I did request a portable heater to use in the kitchen for the mornings and was provided with one. The fireplace also did not work and was not usable. Overall: A nice stay and more perfect for a summer stay rather than a winter stay. With a few upgrades in heating, WIFI and facilities, it would be absolutely perfect!

    Liked the area and the large roof terrace views were amazing. Linens in apartment were first class. Had everything supplied to enjoy like home from home. Perhaps written instructions on how to operate cooker especially oven.

    Very nice accomodation, traditional in decor, but cosy and comfy with a very nice balcony view looking out over the town houses of Alvor and across the sea to Sagres.

    Cleanliness,location, great service,plenty of hot water.roof terrace with two sun beds was great for us We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't change anything .

    We love this place a lot because of the area, it is quiet and you have an amazing view over Alvor. This house offers enough rooms and facilities. We have been here before and we are definately going back.
