Breathtaking Mountaintop Retreat

My Fiance loved the unit!

Property is in a beautiful area up in mountains. View is beautiful and the property was ready for early check in. It was snowing the day we checked in and the road to get there was a little challenging. I recommend this property and would stay there again. Host was prompt in answering my questions and provided me with clear directions on how to get to property.

This property is lovely in every way. Decorated beautifully, well stocked, comfortable. The mountain setting is a touch of heaven. It's the perfect getaway.

Absolutely stunning, quiet and everything we could have hoped for! The views were breathtaking and the property is well maintained. The owners show pride with this apartment. Would definitely recommend and plan on booking again in the future.

We stayed one night in July at this property. The views....fantastic! The drive from the main road up to the room was very, very steep. Be aware there is no AC, but they do have a portable fan that worked well enough for us. The room was very comfortable, with kitchen and satellite TV.

The most private relaxing and beautiful place I have ever stayed, if you need some space for rest and a perfect view this is awesomeI would highly recommend this place and I wish I could have stayed longer.

This place is the perfect for mountain reset. The cabin has a balance between rustic charm and comfort, featuring breathtaking views and a cozy fireplace for the evenings.Our hosts was incredibly welcoming. They were attentive and responsive without ever being intrusive.I’m definitely coming back !

So glad we found this gem! Photos do not do it justice. We somehow got amazing sunrises and sunsets! A well-marked trail that starts at the property leads to a stunning overlook. The inside space was well-appointed and comfortable.

Lovely location. Near to shops but also out of the way. The kitchen was nice for us to make our own dinner. Awesome trails on property.

Great, peaceful location with an amazing view of the mountains. Nearby restaurants, hot sprints and parks for hiking. I would highly recommend and may make a trip back some day with my wife.

This place has the most spectacular views! It was quiet and peaceful - just what we needed! You will need all wheel or 4-wheel drive if you come in the winter since there are hairpin turns.The cabin is quaint but comfortable. We would come again

Perfect spot for a weekend of hiking, grabbing coffee in Evergreen and enjoying a Red Rocks concert.

Great place to stay. The views from 8200 ft are amazing. Super quiet stay for us since noone was living upstairs during our stay. Only minor disruptions from the property being sold and some work being completed ahead of the closing date.

The property was very clean and nicely furnished. The property is somewhat remote, but that adds to the charm of the place and affords tremendous views of the Rockies.

We had a stellar time at The Cabin! The accommodations were great, and the location was perfect for our itinerary of adventures. We especially loved the hike up behind the house, and the fantastic view of the valley and mountains. Having a Jeep, the switchback driveway was fantastic, and proved to be excellent practice for driving the nearby Little Bear Creek Road, and some other roads we’d encounter later in our trip. Aleksandra was wonderful with communication and super patient as we worked out some issues with VRBO on our end. All in all, an excellent experience, fully worthy of the 10/10’s!

This Evergreen apartment was beautifully situated and perfectly peaceful. Located on a mountainside, the views of the surrounding mountains are so picturesque. At night, the full moon is framed just outside the living room window, bright enough to light up the patio walkway. There is a trail that starts just a few feet from the front slider door and winds around to a lookout point perched alongside the mountain. There are even wild growing, flowering cactus on the path. The apartment has everything needed for a stay, even things unexpected but very useful. Our time spent there was private, quiet, and completely relaxing. The nearby town has many restaurant choices, small boutiques, and craft shops to stroll. For some outdoor activities, there are trails both close to the apartment and others that will find you discovering water falls and trout streams. All within 30 minutes drive or less. Red Rocks is also just a 30 minute drive, perfect to catch a concert. We love our stay here and hope to make it back someday soon. We are grateful for the opportunity to stay here, as it is truly a special place. Thank you! It's a wonderful thing you do for others.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here! The views are absolutely stunning, and during our stay we had Broad-tailed Hummingbirds visiting their feeder frequently which was such a treat. Truly a mountain getaway if you're in need of some peace and quiet. The location was perfect for us, everything we had planned was within 30 minutes or less including Red Rocks. We would love to stay here again!

My wife and I had a great time. Beautiful snowcaps visible from front door! Walking trails on property to some scenic spots. Easy access to local trails for more impressive views. Apartment offered everything we wanted for a comfortable 4 night stay

The location is perfectly placed in Evergreen - not too far from the edge, middle, and heart. The apartment is a a lovely restful place that was just the right size for me and my wife - plenty of space to lay around and read. We had a 4 wheel drive Toyota Tundra, so we had no trouble getting up the road. Property Manager was helpful and responsive - she warned us (as did the listing) about the need for a 4 wheel drive. This place is on our list to visit again. Quiet, peaceful, and high enough up that you feel like the mountains are just there for you.It was a perfect stay.

Great place to stay with young kids, we have a 6 and 8 year old who enjoyed the hiking and snow around the cabin. Definitely recommend!

A quick stay with great views and cozy accommodations as listed!

I stayed 4 nights while in the Denver area working. Because of the location, it’s shear breathtaking views, the aesthetic and comfort of the apartment I couldn’t wait to get “home” for dinner and a movie each evening after a walk through Elk Meadow, and a cocktail at Tuscan Tavern.

This listing had amazing views in all directions! If you’re looking for a mountain retreat that is still close to the city, this is it! You felt secluded but town is just a few minutes away which we appreciated. The host communicated well throughout our trip and answered any questions I had right away! The house was clean, inviting and cozy.

This apartment was perfect for our short stay in the mountains—I honestly wish I’d have booked it another night because it was so great! Super clean, the bed was really comfortable and the bedding was soft. My son and I took full advantage of the hot cocoa bar both nights, it was so fun! I was there alone during the day while he was at Outdoor Lab and it was so incredibly peaceful. The host was very kind and always quick to respond. I highly recommend this, we’d love to come back sometime!

Cozy old time cabin feel in the basement apartment of a beautiful 3 level home built into side of mountain. witchback driveway accelerates the excitement as does the lookout point a short hike from front door. The view is spectacular from the couch in the living room. The host was very receptive and accommodating.

This was the perfect little cabin in the mountains for me and my husband to stay! We came out to Colorado to get eloped at Evergreen Lake and stayed here. The views from the lookout area are simply breathtaking! We got some amazing pictures there and even ate dinner out there one night. We hope to come stay again!

We enjoyed our stay in Evergreen, CO. The owner was very friendly and helpful with providing directions to the cabin. She communicated very well with us. The views were amazing, exactly as described in the description. We will definitely like to go back one day. We had the most magical experience watching the stars in the night mountain. Sky. “Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take but by the moments that take our breath away” This was one of those moments. 10/10 recommend this location for your stay in COsky

The Sisters thought the cabin was located in a spot close to heaven. The views were so spectacular and wonderful. And it was so quiet. Also, the weather was perfect at 72 degrees!

Clean, comfy, and wonderful! Each night we were able to take a short hike. Sunset was viewable. The drive up the road was a new experience for sure. Very private and secluded. Best stay ever.

We came to see a concert at Red Rocks, but this place was the icing on the cake. The views were outstanding, the vrbo was adorable, and everything we needed was there. You won’t regret your stay; we’d love to make it back someday!

We stayed here for a long weekend, which included shows at Red Rocks and the Mission Ballroom in Denver ... and it couldn't have worked out better. Gorgeous views ... well-appointed space ... comfortable bed and furniture... and much more. Would defo return!
