Brand New, completely remolded chic loft apartment

Great place and great location.

Shared this loft for 3 nights with another couple. No complaints, only praises from all 4 of us! Very well put together and there is nothing cheap about this remodeling/design effort for this loft. The host was very accommodating to us.

A beautiful loft apartment from the kitchen appliances to the furniture. Real art on the walls and antique pieces used as vanities and bedside tables. Lovely bed linens and fluffy towels. It is a short walk to the beach and pier. One of the nicest apartments I’ve stayed in.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was beautiful and clean. The location was perfect. We would absolutely return. Anyone considering should be aware that there are stairs to reach the apartment that someone with mobility issues might find challenging (as you could expect in an older building).

Everything was amazing! The location was perfect, the inside was decorated so cute. There’s tons of space, two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. We enjoyed every minute.

This is a great property with easy access to all Frankfort has to offer. Being in the heart of downtown, the restaurants and shops are right there and the beach is only a few blocks down Main Street. The condo is very well finished with quality beds, linens, and furniture. We had no issues at all but Kellie reached out nonetheless to ensure everything was going well with the rental. We are hoping to return next summer.

Wonderful stay as always!

Great place right on Main St and a few blocks from beach. No need to bring household necessities (dish or laundry soap, paper towels, etc.) very modern!

The apartment was beautifully remodeled, decorated, and furnished! Family members loved the location, which was on the second floor right on Main Street. Enjoyed being downtown and walking only three blocks to the beach! Parking was convenient and communication with our host was easy and very helpful! Five Stars!

This condo is very comfortable and modern with new appliances and large spa-inspired bathrooms. It is in a great location and is very large for a two bedroom condo. The living and dining rooms are spacious and luxurious and the kitchen and laundry rooms are well-stocked. We would definitely try to book this unit again!

We stay at this apartment every year now because it really works for our family and extended family. The apartment is spacious, and each family has its private space too, with their own bathrooms. The couch serves as extra sleeping space too, for any family or friends that drop in. It is beautifully appointed, so comfortable, and you really can enjoy each other in the main space where everyone has a spot to do there own thing. The owner is very responsive to all situations and acts expediently to resolve any issues. She's amazing! Thank you so much for another amazing year in one of our favorite places anywhere!
