Beautiful apartment completely renovated in November 2015

We stayed at this condo in February 2017. Upon arrive we found the condo very clean and as advertised. The bed was comfortable and the furnishings we also very nice. We found everything we needed for our stay except for beach towels, which we had to purchase. The view from the balcony was equally nice during the day as well after dark. The Manager Marc was very friendly and was on time to meet us. All in all I would rate this unit as one of the nicer condos we have stayed in Mont Vernon. Very happy with our visit.

Generally, it was a very good stay! The property is clean, well equipped and maintained. The listing description is very accurate and the owner provided a good customer service. The location is very good, Orient beach is just a few minutes away; other beaches, restaurants and grocery stores are near by. There were, unfortunately, a few oddities during our stay: When we arrived to the reception area nobody was meeting us, so we had to ask a local man to call a number we had for emergencies, but we had no idea how exactly to dial it. After that Marc and his wife Emmanuelle, who were supposed to meet us, arrived (and I have to admit, it took them only a few minutes). We were very thankful though that they helped us to park our car and to carry our luggage uphill to the studio. Marc forgot to show us where a hand soap and a shower jell were (and they weren't in the bathroom), so we purchased some and only after that found some stashed in the condo. There was a day without a power and, as a result, without ability to cook, without Internet connection (which was very important to us) and without a TV. A washer wasn't clean inside, so one of given to us doses of the detergent we had to use to clean a washer itself first. Nevertheless, we would recommend this property. M and A, Cleveland, OH, USA
