Stayed Jul 8, 2024Our family absolutely loves Newport. We stay in the area every year. This year instead of a hotel, we decided to rent a space. This apartment was the perfect choice for our family of 6! Plenty of room, comfortable beds, clean and updated decor. The bathrooms and showers were beautiful! The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The loft area upstairs had a queen sofa bed and smart TV-- a perfect hangout for my teens. The property was fully stocked with everything you need-- kitchen items, bath towels, pillows and linens, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and cute. We grilled in the backyard, enjoyed the fire pit and deck, sipping drinks in the evening. The beaches are a short drive away. We enjoyed days at Second Beach. There are restaurants and food shops right in the neighborhood. Short drive into the town of Newport. The property manager Kelly was helpful and responsive. We had one issue with a TV in one of the bedrooms and Kelly offered to come by to fix it. The only thing about this property that was inconvenient was the low water pressure in the showers. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again!
