Beachside Apt 1

We were throughly pleased with the property. It was clean and very comfortable with nice little touchs throughout. Location was ideal. We loved the outdoor patio.

Was very nice

Very small. Clean. I have gluten and food issues and therefore need to cook. There is practically nothing to cook with. Two skillets, one stockpot, two or three cooking utensils. Nothing in cupboards—if you need to cook you’ll need to bring everything from home. There were only two chairs for the table. I had to sit/eat on the sofa so the kids could sit at the table. You’ll also need bring extra paper supplies. Close to beach a plus. Quiet neighborhood, friendly people.

The property was in the perfect location!! Close enough for us to walk to town, the farmer’s market, and the beach.Would suggest maybe another mirror in the apartment. Also the beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

This is a clean, well maintained property. It’s a short bike ride to the beach, downtown restaurants, bike trail, fishing peer. These places are easily walkable too. Our stay was very quiet and the house had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Process was easy, Eliza was great and communicative. I would definitely book again.

Nice place and location

We very much enjoyed our temporary home away from home. The location was perfect. It was only a couple blocks from the beach and downtown area. It was in a very nice quiet area of Frankfort, with beautiful homes in the area. We rented the two apartments for 5 people. With the futon in the upstairs apartment, we all had our own beds. The upstairs apartment was our favorite as it had more space and more complete and better supplies and appliances. The bath in the upstairs apartment was also more spacious and nicely done. The downstairs apartment is fine for two, but, for three, sleeping arrangements and supplies were sufficient for two people. It would have been good to have three hand towels and three wash clothes for three people. There was only one hand towel and two wash clothes. We did have three bath towels provided.

We felt blessed to have found such a “find”, with such a great location and reasonable price. We lived being only a few blocks from the beach and in such a lovely, historic neighborhood with many other Beach homes and beautiful year round historic homes. We loved being able to walk to town and the beach. It met our needs for our short, but sweet, stay in Frankfort.

Easy access to everything in Frankfort. Very convenient parking. Comfortable unit.
